i personally am of the opinion that it all boilz down to one thing -> whether it'z a gate to somewhere.....or nowhere (with nonexistent cornfieldz counting as somewhere ) ppp
#3 is going to be doing "Annie" for her 6 weeks of Musical Theater this summer. I've heard "You're Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile" several dozen times tonight
My childhood cat was named Annie since my great grandmother found her in the woods all by herself. We had that cat for almost 25 years. Here's an Annie remix,..
Not to refute MOG, but builders by in mass for condo projects. So, they are usually the same. Cheaper from a material standpoint and the labor/install is all the same. Thus quicker and saves in labor cost.
Post a picture of the existing one and I can point in the right direction. You (in theory) can put a gate wherever you want unless it in your CCR for your development, and it does't infringe on your neighbor's property or setback requirements.
Edit: Saw the pics two pages after the reply. If the gate opens to an easement, there could be some restrictions in your CCR's. PM me if you would like my suggestions. Easy fixes that you can do for the concrete and building gates can be simple with the right design, materials, and hardware.
thanks for the feedback. I Will Just get extra water storage containers and let the water sit out. My water report for my town say they use chlorine and not chloramine so ill just let the chlorine evaporate before i use it.
That is all I do most of the time. Sometimes my water source changes from surface to well water. The well water is high PPM so I dilute it with RO. The surface water I have been getting lately is at 70 PPM
