Anybody else ever take the screens out of the faucets to put in an aluminum pipe to smoke some brick weed back in the day? Can't be just me :smokeout:
No need for that when a brand new pipe was a mere quarter.. My lungs will burn for an entire week because of looking at this photo...

Carb on the side? :crying: Much healthier for you if you scratch off the paint before punching the holes :crying: There was a time when I was too young to buy a corn cob pipe, and didn't know how to roll a joint, so my slick thinkin ass used to keep an oversized safety pin on my hat, specifically to punch holes in cans :crying:

Last brick job I did in Charleston. 3" of sand, 4" of gravel 2 more inches of sand all machine tamped then bricked. The bricks wrap around into the entryway. 5000lb mortar was laid below and then piped in and then concrete poured. Brick was 150 years old and recycled from the chimney that was on the original house

If you want pavers, there's a couple on this job I was the contractor of. Had an awesome hardscape subcontractor. He and his crew are amazing!
Just the landscape/hardscape on this one was $550K. No mortar. All the pavers were wet set tight. I revisited the job last year when I was in Charleston and everything is still perfect 7 years later. The building was a automotive garage built in the 50s and converted into a single family residence.
