Im almost there guys !! I tried another small batch with the BS hair thing that was already in the house,rolled some 73 micron L.A. Confidential DIH in a emptied tea bag.checked the temp with my digital gun(was only getting to 180ish) ..epic fail,but ill get there.....I zoomed in so you can see it..lol..30 more of these and i might get a dab..lmao

All your rosin is getting locked in the excess filter.
Try repressing the filter after folding it up on itself a few times.
Low temps and high pressure are the key.
240°F/115°C appears to be the sweet spot.

Thanks @Ronin ,ill give that a try,I did save the "tea bags " full of the hash for another pressing,of course it don't help that the iron only has 3/4 in plates,I will also keep the temps in mind,I've been watching a bunch of youtube videos to get some knowledge too,seems like everybody has their own " tweaks" to the process,I did see one where the guy puts the kief in the iron then squeezes it with a quick clamp,..I think I'm stuck getting the iron as a Christmas present,so I still have time to watch,study,learn,,Thanks again !!!

Not really sure how to use it ,been smoking over 20 years and this is a new way ,got access to all kinds of glass not far from a guy making it ,he gave this to me cuz I put high grade crumble and shatter in regular bowls with bud and he tells me dank you're wasting that and makes me this I'm not sure how to use it,tryed it not sure if I got it right,some one told me I need a torch
