Indoor Ligting schedule?

Hows it going I've seen alot of different posts on the best lighting schedule and im not sure on what would be my best option cuz ill be having a fresh plant with a 5 week old plant and im currently using 20/4 as i have been since the begining im using LED so im not worried about the power consumption just what'll be best for my ladies.

yeeeaaa buddyyyy if everything goes well im gonna try to make my own seeds its a little bit down the road but i have a stock of fems til then

Thanks but another question where it says drop seeds not bombs. where can i make mine customized?
