I will be growing 2 autos in soil and need to stay $200 max. Thanks.

50 actual watts per square foot is a common rule of thumb i have seen.
PPFD rating is another.
umols is another.
the footprint of the light is important also.

Mars Hydro TS1000 I believe would be a good start in a tent with those dimensions. I am a newb grower so my advice may not be the best. I am just trying to give you options and things to consider

Check out www.cobshop.net for the Autocob. Wonderful lights. I own 6. No noise because there is no fan. .49 amp draw. Easy to move around. They are very bright.

You have 7.11 square feet at 40 watts sq door would equal 280 watts and $200 budget might be tight but for sure COB light is safest choice - check out these guys

or two of these but start with one but two better - depends on plants you are running

finally this is a great light as well .... maybe look at other model company offers - thing I don’t like is the 4000k color and they have a 3000k which is good for bud but not so much on veg and the 4000 is a little off for bud but super light .... and reasonable

Think the 50 watts applies to HPS but LED number is lower but I could be off - I figure 35-40 watts and have plenty of PAR at my plants and it depends on strain as some can handle a lot of light, others not so,much.

I have a 3000k hlg100. Fabulous light but 24"x24" is about all I'd go with her. The mars sp150 should do you justice for 2 plants. the sp250 does superb in 2x4. Here's a couple in my tent. And 3 branches I got drying due to density.
