Those optic led grow lights look sweet with built in timers. look like good value.

Individual COB lights, hard to go wrong with them.

Get two led floodlights at 100w each at 3000k light temperature. You will spend around 40-60 euros (roughly the same amount in US dollars) and enjoy a quality big crop. Prefare smd led to cob if you choose a floodlight, they are a bit more luminus, slimer (you gain in available height) and cheaper. There are of course many cob floodlights in the market at a super price that would do the job fine.

Think the 50 watts applies to HPS but LED number is lower but I could be off - I figure 35-40 watts and have plenty of PAR at my plants and it depends on strain as some can handle a lot of light, others not so,much.

Sounds correct.

I think 35-50w is true for the blurple LEDS. For the newer ones (Mars TS & SP), you need about 25-35w only.

I veg under 300w and flower under 550w (new LEDs) in 4x4. About 34w per square foot.
