  • Day 2

BG is very very small at this point, just a speck of green in the middle of the pot. About 1/2 inch across she is.

The perimeter of the pots received a little H2o after the pictures were taken. The first couple weeks are nervous weeks for me. :yoinks:

  • Day 8

Not much happening here right now. Watered with Miicrobial Mass today, and next watering will be the first feed of 1g/gal of Mega Crop.

Best I've been able to keep the temps is 73 to 78f, with RH at 60% now.

LIghts at 19/5 and at 11k on the light meter.

If these don't take off in the next two weeks, I'm gonna plant turnips

  • Well, Candy Dawg and Blackberry Gum got yanked after stalling out. I soaked 1 more of each, plus an Amnesia. Only the Candy Dawg and Amnesia sprouted. .. and appears they may stall as well.

This is the Candy Dawg and Blackberry Gum after 10 days or so when I yanked em

I have 2 more Blackberry Gum soaking today that will go into smaller pots with new grow medium as I'm thinking that could be the problem. This has got me somewhat confused beyond me normal state of confusion

  • Amnesia tapped out :nono: , but the last Candy Dawg is a struggling survivor after 2 weeks.

The 2 Blackberry Gum were planted in medium from a new bag of Promix in 2 gallon pots. Day 7 for them.

They all have had one feeding of Miicrobial Mass Pro, 6.1PH

Candy Dawg has had her first feeding of MC @330ppm right after pictures were taken.

Lights were switched from 24/0 to 19/5 today. Light meter says 12k

Keeping the VPD in the .8 to 1.0 range.

New grow medium from a new bag. Hope she keeps growing.

And ditto on this BG as well

This dawg survived in the old medium. Stunted but who knows? May eventually take off. Or not

Indoor winter 2021 Seedstockers Candy Dawg & Blackberry Gum day 28 n 21
  • End of week 3 on the Dawgs and end of week four on the Blackberry Gum duo.

Guess I'm growing micros this winter.

Fed @ 560ppm and dosed with Miicrobial Mass as well. 6.0ph rain water

LIghts are now at 33k on the meter for my reference.

Keeping the VPD at 1 to 1.1

Topped the Candy Dawg. Figured why not, see what happens. She pouted for a day after that.

So plugging along here. I did start another seed in some potting soil I had that was frozen solid. Chipped it off, and brought it inside to defrost, then watered it with Miicrobial Mass after adding perlite and some worm castings. Mainly did this to see how it works as a grow medium as I may use it outdoors this year with a few more amendments.

Ok growfolks, that's about it. Oh, got me appointment to get medical approval started so I can run 10 outdoors this year :joy:
So no complaints here... who gonna listen anywayz

Indoor winter 2021 Seedstockers Candy Dawg & Blackberry Gum - BG update
  • The Blackberry Gum are looking a bit on the pale side to me, so I fed again and adjusted the lights to 26k on the meter. See how they go this week.

This one is showing fading more than the other
    bg22.JPG

Quite the difference in leaf structure as well. Not as much fading on this one

Indoor winter 2021 Seedstockers Candy Dawg & Blackberry Gum & stray NL x BB added
  • As those of you who have watched this thread, you know I've had soil problems. :wall:

So I had some locally made organic soil and thought I'd give it a test. It's been cold here, so the bag was frozen. I broke off enough of what was needed, and brought it inside to thaw. :snow2:

This is in a small one gallon plastic pot that I had laying around.

I added a bit of perlite and a bit of worm castings. Then I watered the pot with miicrobial mass.

So day one for NL x BB. :dancer:Hears to hope!
