Yeah I think that depends on how root bound they get before the transfer. If u had your airdomes and could transplant before they rooted out the cup u wouldn’t see any stress really.

Did you repot from soil to perlite/coco?
I know soil to soil is good, done that million times.

I have repotted from soil to coco and so far those three girls have been my biggest. Doing it carefull won't hurt them.

You are putting 2 of each in big Autopots in a 32" x 32" tent? One of my Critical +2.0 plants would engulf your tent...and they are in 1 gal pots. Good luck taming them, they both get big. I hope you have another tent!

Why you have then 6 plants in 6x6 tent? That's 1 SQF per plant? Same (little less) as I have.
I am not pro, like you, this is my second Autopot/coco grow and first one didn't finish yet.
