I just want to take a big bite out of this Blackberry Stone hahaa!

Ooooo she looks good and if she smells like what you describe below........
It's getting quite odorous in there now lol. It's more like the scent of scandinavian virgins wearing dresses made of candy, riding triumphant unicorns and wielding grape lightsabers. Yeah let's go with that lmao
:redcard:hold the phone, I'll take 2 of those please!

Step' the G13's look great! THAT is a hedge, short in length, but plenty dense- :d5: .. You think you can take them before the weather gets ugly? What were the other beauties you had at LS?

..Anthro -- ya know, I think I get it!
There's a few dif ones. I actually had to chop one today... It had a spot looked iffy potential rot and rain tonight
2 sch x amnesia 2sch x ak47 2 hbss and 2 MOB in that bunch

Well done @Eyes on Fire , that prize bong looks sweet.

:smoking: I take that back Grimmy, you are right-- with all the BlueBerry's out there, it's hard to say where their respective origins are,.. but if DP's BB traces directly back to DJ Shorts, then BD is very likely a direct relative given it's age and origins, which is 45 miles away from me here in CA! You know, I'm not sure who specifically claims to be the true breeder of BD... it exploded onto the scene here years ago, and has been a staple ever since,... but it's been mucked with and perverted so much due to it's popularity, finding the real deal I remember from back when can be difficult! So many sell the seeds now,...but I think it started as clone only,...
...I hope to torture you in a couple months or so with some BV-... and then, I can actually compare them! I love BD's room smoke smell, it's almost like an incense.... from what Sniper says, BV feel very much the 50/50 hybrid she is,...:pass:
Thanks Waira,
I look forward to seeing how you compare the two. Totally agree with you, Blue Dream could in fact be made into an incense as its aroma is so fragrant and sort of unique.

I just want to take a big bite out of this Blackberry Stone hahaa!

That looks so tasty Anthro, no wonder you want to take a chunk out of it.
:d5: Great start Grimmy! I rather like the lone black sheep in this family too- Did you settle on a good distance for the seedling on that fab' SK unit? I can't wait to try the COB conversion that A-train is building for me! How are you liking the SK so far? .... I like that you're testing against your own custom soil as well, like EoF did; care to share what's in it?

Thanks again Waira,
Yes i find a good distance for VEG with the SK 400 Plus is 28-30 inches above the plant. To be honest dude i was being nosy and read some of the comments between you and A-Train in globals and man, i can wait to see what he does to that light. You better take plenty of pictures now to show, dont be shy. :smoking::crying: A-Train is after getting a bit tech savy as of late with LED so i know what ever he returns to you is going to be kick ass. :shooty::cooldance:Im loving the SK 400 Plus so far man the amount of light this thing produces is un-real and much brighter than a 600w HPS and the plants seem to love it too. The only negative comment i have to say about it so far it is is quite hot, about as hot as an air cooled 600w HPS. See i dont have a problem with that because im now going to run it as my winter LED so I will need to find another LED for summer. Before i forget my soil recipe is comprised of organic ingredients all locally sourced from Ireland. Grims Irish Organic Soil; Peate Moss, Compost, Worm Castings, Perlite, Vermiculite, Basalt Dust, Epsom Salts, Calcium Granulate, Seaweed Dust, Garden Lime, Soil Conditioner, Myco Fungi, Bactor Bacteria. I think after this run im going to to add some NPK to the recipe and try make a super soil.

Blue Dream is actually the strain that led me towards the adventure of growing. I'd had some dispensary BD way out west when I was just getting back into herb after a ~15 year hiatus, and found it quite healing. After a couple grams of it, I figured: Hmm, I think I could actually grow this, heck I'm great with other plants. Maybe. Could I? It was a challenge to myself that I couldn't resist haha. And here we are. :d5:
Still never grew the orig clone-only cut, but I grew 1 of the BD auto beans from Humboldt and found it a joy to watch. It was pretty darn close to the dispensary herb in taste and effect.

Greetings citizens! Thy time has come for the bequeathment of the updates! Gather 'round the fire, grab your marshmallows and roast your wienies... Or grab your wieners and, uh nevermind lol!

KindSoil side: looking almost normal now aside from Skeletor hahaa:

Strange that it was originally the rockstar of the group. I told her all them cigarettes and crack rocks ain't gonna be no good lol!

Blackberry Stone is really coming through now! Couple crispies but no big. Flowers are on point! It's extra leafy and hiding some good herb up under the skirt.

Tombstone quad squad is rolling on quite fairly, with the trio getting along very nicely now, and the solo babe really lifting off better than a spacex rocket hahaa! Just one of the trio pot has a little case of the yellows, but it's also the biggest, and I'm thinking that looks like nute burn actually, not a def.

My soil side: getting on the proper track now!
Far from perfect but I'll take it!

Red Poison: about pulled all the fan leaves, but buds are on track.
20160911_183042.jpg

Cream Mandarine XL also about sucked up the fans, bud could be better but will be fair to good when done. Love those lankie lassie sati fingers! Hardly see those much on autos:

Blackberry Stones in my soil are much improved, although they seem far behind the KindSoil one, that could just be random but mine were in trouble for a while there and that probably set em back.
20160911_183055.jpg

Trio getting along okay now, not winning any medals from the Department of Weights and Measures lol but I'm not cryin about it. :)

All for now friends! Peace and love!

Anthro, I gotta tell ya man, you are taking the soil ALOT better than I would! I would have pulled em, tossed everything out and started from scratch, so I gotta give you some max rep for being patient and having a sense of humor about it! Actually, I would have got real drunk, waited until the wife went to bed and pulled the whole lot. My wife doesn't smoke, but she does pop her head in the velcro window to see what I have going on from time to time. Its cripples me, when she says...."thats not envrionmental" and walks away snickering. Yours is clearly your soil and you got that nailed down. keep the chin up brother!
Now that's funny!:crying:

Bloomin' bloomin' bloomin'!! :hump: :baby: :hump: ...At last-- Prime Time has begun! Let the nail-biting officially begin too,...:eek1: the weather has NOT been cooperating with more Sun, less fog,... I will NEED that help!
.... I've been doing some clean-up underneath, snipping shaded scruffy stuff low down and deeper inside, a little more tying, even some wedging-
huh1.gif
(you'll see- LOL!).. trying to eliminate some of the PITA popcorn fluffy crap this year! More so that ever before, I noticed these plants really wanted to keep blowing out the branching, and were starting to in particular on the upper levels, then stopped as bloom initiated... resulting in very upright 3-5" stem running tightly against the main, but I have a trick for this to get them angled out more into the light,...
... Defc. symptoms on the FB have been quelled so far, but the KST remains oddly resistant to correction even with the Transport treatments that snapped the FB right the hell out of hers!.. not that she's showing as severe of symptoms, or seems affected much... This one has shaped herself just right automatically, and is making a nice bush!
... bugs are getting better, aphids especially, population seems to be dying off some now... I had a few super tiny 'pillars show on an AG, snack a little, but that's it...spotted, splatted, sprayed- :finger: SNS 209 is kicking butt! --near zero thrip/leafhopper damage unlike every other year before... :greenthumb:
