My outdoor girls getting their roots built up for the transplant. I like to start my outdoor girls in these solo cups for a while and build up a huge root mass. The 3 bigger girls are already ready for a transplant as the cups are full of root mass. When these girls do finally get transplanted they will explode with growth! @Dinafem-Mark Im pretty positive that the blue widow has the tobacco mosaic virus.. I had trouble getting only the blue widow seeds to start I now have a second seedling that finally poped the surface and Im hoping it doesnt have the virus its bigger sister has.
Blue WIdow front and center with Tobacco Mosaic Virus Look at the funny leaf curl and leaf discoloration.
A bit better shot of the disease. As far as I know it really doesnt hurt the plant a ton but can be spread to other plants. I have grown several plants with this issue over the years and it does seem to slow the plant ever so slowly. I really hope the new Blue Widow is disease freee as I am hoping and planning to grow some monster plants out of thses and I dont want to struggle with a sick plant I just feel the Bugs and outdoor environment might just eat this girl alive!
So far though the outdoor girls are doing their thing and making me happy. I will be starting more Photoperiods in mid april for more of a pheno hunt before making my final selections for the outdoor monster crew I will be running this year.
