That's what I do now. I am classified as a contractor (self-employed), which means I only get a salary with no benefits and I have to do all my own tax payments. In return, I smoke weed on the job most of the time. I never respond to any work related calls, texts, or emails during my non-working hours and I set my own hours.

And if you don't want me smoking weed on site, don't send me to sites that have dockside hammocks!

I've been running on base nutes only.

I've got 3 tiny fucked up gsc and an ok ish chunk.

I've now replenished my stock of chemicals to the tune of nearly 500 quid.

Day 4 in New job. In currently on the 2nd hour of my 2nd lunch break, I'm outside the pub drinking beer and smoking weed. I see their rules more as benchmark, I'm working at a different bench to them. I've got a month to do on this site before I'm off doing the job I'm employed for (smoking weed and doing fuck all at a variety of sites, but just one).
