Indoor Itisivolution. Paradise loft.

Could make a good comedy show with you three in it

I was thinking the same thing Sanger

That’s the best plug! What voltage do you guys use?

110v like @Itisi says, but now days most of the plugs have a ground pin.

110v. That's why they don't need a decent earth pin. You could short 110 to earth with your nads and hardly curl a pube.

Now that's funny but I'll pass on that experience. I guess it would be the same as going from one leg of your 220v to ground or are your electrics different. I once had the pleasure of getting across 2 phases of 440v. Not something that I want to try again.

No updates again but all caught up now. Sorry for the like bombs lads - you too Elle. Congrats on the new job BTW - I'm sure you'll be hating it in no time.

Yeah but... this is t’other way round and I’m guessing there’s some kind of step down trannie in there somewhere.. [emoji848]

I’ve known loads of peeps put a 110V plug on a 230V drill and stuff.

Fookinell we’re getting technical again. [emoji33]

Oh, I see what you mean.

Well, using ohms law. A decrease in voltage (v) would require a decrease in ohms (r) or an increase in ampage (i). Meaning I don't know.

Think ours is different. You have a 220 live, a neutral that's the return path to the generator and the earth (ground). If you swap the live and neutral on our appliances they don't run.

I've also taken a dead short across 2 phases. Not as painful as the 10000v I had across my arse cheeks!
