Had another 2 seeds refuse to pop!
Seeds from the same pack were the ax from last grow, only things I can think are either. The water (from the fridge tap via a hospital grade carbon filter) or the fridge where they are stored is telling porkies and it's getting below 3c.
So, as plan 1b revised has failed. Tomorrow I flip the photo and sling on the net.
