New Grower InkAddicts perpetual magical grow garden

I burnt mine with too much UV experimenting.

Upper leaves curled, yellowed then brown at the tips.

They got worse after I shut the UV, and I cut them off. New leaves later grew to replace them.

Shut the UV, I wouldn't add it until you've gotten a trouble free harvest You've made so many changes, it's difficult to troubleshoot.

I have my UV on a separate trigger. It goes on for 30 seconds every 10 minutes, my idea was to give the leaves enough time to cool and recover between blasts. I still cooked them.

What PPFD are you at?
I've been using the photon app right now at plant level in middle of all my lights is 40 DLi...I cut all the uv off...thanks I appreciate your help... I know I've made a bunch of changes..lol I know what I am doing buying a Mars hydro fc-e 4800 and just have that and the 240w hlg in my flower tent....later I'll use my uv when I get the hang of things...I got to many problems right now....it's driving me nuts...lol

Good morning..so I turned off all my uv bars to see if that's why some of my plants leaves are crispy...also soaked ogreberry, whiskey Zulu, and strawberry banana seeds for 24 hr and placed straight into sip buckets....fingers crossed....

I would do some extensive defoliation below the bud line, and remove all the lower leaves.

On every plant? And with my gg#4 do I only give pure ro water or still give 50ppm of cal-mag to every water? For last couple weeks?

If you’re worried about defoliating you can start small and see how the plant takes to it. Any big fan leaves blocking light to a bud needs to go. After that I go after the other big ones that block airflow. Some people like in that linked thread take it a step further. I haven’t gone that far yet. I look at that as pre harvest wet trimming  I was so worried when I started doing it but they are pretty resilient weeds and can take a lot of abuse
