The jury is in on Purple Canyon #1. It took about 20 minutes of deliberation, and they came back with a unanimous Fire verdict. That's why I'm not using the word "pheno" anymore.

I took some small buds from halfway down three colas. Dried it out in the oven and filled a bowl. After smoking five or six hits, I'm relaxed and energized. Slight audial hallucination, steady euphoria and reasonably unclouded in the noggin. Great breakfast smoke. I expected it to have a nervous, "too-early" effect but it doesn't.
It's full-on cloudy with amber beginning to show up here and there. So it's going to be best in two or three weeks, hopefully earlier. It may have a few more buds missing by then.
From the smell, I felt like there had to be something special about this specimen.
