Identify bug please and is it ready to harvest

Plant is a dinafem white widow autoflower.

Thanks. So aphid seems like it's not much to worry about which is good.

The plants I have look ready to harvest within the next few weeks.

I will post some more pictures.

My primary concern is always bud rot. I have had bud rot on both previous harvests. It's hard to detect because it starts at the branch and spreads outwards. Humidity around 40% and running dehumidifier. Lots of airflow but did have a fan bust inside the tent so need to buy another.
 
Body shape does not look like aphid, but a little out of focus Hard to tell. too long of a body and shape is tapered at both ends plump in the middle.should have two spikes coming out back by butt. Lines across the body not front to back. Looks like yous has wingcase, winged aphids have wings like flys.
