Hey guys. I'm back and with bought seeds!! The last post apocalyptic grow they all came out males so I decided to scrap them. Everything is now back to normal so I can relax and focus on growing good bud. Seedssupreme was holding a special on Fastbuds and stacked it a double free seeds on your purchase offer they were having so it completely changed my pruchase decision. I decided to try them out and have a good amount of real seeds for a while YAY!!! So I put the seeds in a glass cup until they sank then threw them in rockwool on the 29th in the buckets and today I could start seeing them pop. Really excited for this grow! Even if they ended up all males and murdered under my hands in the last round I feel good about this one lol. Wish me luck!

Nutes: GHE Flora series

First week: Flora Gro, Bloom, Micro = 1.2ml per gallon each
Botanicare Hydroguard: 2ML per gallon
Armor Si: 1ml per gallon

Everythings going well. First Blue Dream'Matic seed ended up being a dud. Planted a new one June 1st popped today.
They all look happy TBH idk if it's the air circulation of the new room but today the temps went up to 93F, but they don't feel it (hell it's weird I don't feel it, with the fans it just feels breezy to me so I know the plants shouldn't feel it either). Despite the high temps reservoir temps remain at a steady 80F. LSD and Ms. Tangie's roots have already poked out of the mesh pot and hit the reservoir so let's hope for more smooth sailing! Really happy with how everything is going so far.

So it's about Day 9 for LSD-25 and Ms. Tangie. Did a rez change yesterday and upped the nute strength a little bit. Day 5 for Blue Dream'Matic (aka "Nemo" cuz of her uneven new growth). LSD-25's dropped 10 ppm in 24 hours along with about an inch less water in the rez. Ms. Tangie didn't take that well to the nutes because while LSD's ppm's dropped, Ms. Tangie's ppm's rose from 440 to 518 ppm and the water was at the same level, though no signs of nute deficiencies or stress or drooping. Nevertheless I decided to prevent any issues drain the rez a little and add some PH'd water and lowered it to 420ppm (I was stoned and I thought that ppm # would bring me luck!). So far all the plants seems happy. This being my 2nd DWC grow and first time running autos I feel I have learned alot about growing in this tropical weather. Especially with humidity and temps I'm seeing it's basically impossible to follow traditional temperature guidelines like I see in guides like growweedeasy.com. The VPD graciously provided to me by Boradan is what truly works best so far in the tropics. The plants love it and as long as they stay in green numbers in the chart I'm seeing no problems whatsoever. Where as trying to go for lower temps at around 80-82F and humidity of 50-60% I saw their growth slow down and a tiny tiny bit more stress.

Thanks! I'm excited! If I get at least 2 oz dry per plant from this setup I'll be happy! Hopefully the armor SI hydroguard and Sativa strains will get me there! Not worried about veg cause I've seen them perform very well in veg. But I've yet to personally see these lights perform in flowering. All there is, is just amazon reviews but I'm aware I took a gamble cuz of budget. Soooo crossing my fingers!!!

There's was a heatwave today, the plants felt it but they pushed through. LSD-25 is kicking ass but apparently Tangie'Matic had a slight mutation????? Two of the leaves grew weird and have something that looks like a thorn. Asides from that everything looks well and they're growing amazing.

Been having a slight pest problem but asides from that this grow is the smoothest grow I've had so far!

Day 20 LSD-25 & Tangie'Matic update:

It's close to the end of week 3 for LSD-25 and the Tangie. They have been growing fine and everything has been stable at 460 ppm for both. Today though they both showed yellow tips in the older leaves below. The PH is fine at 6.0 (Tangie) and 5.9 (LSD-25) I noticed they haven't drank water, but it's only been 24 hours since the I last topped off the rez with PH'd water. I'm reluctant to think it's nute burn cuz it's been almost 2 weeks that I have kept the PPM's steady. So I hope that I'm right and it's an N deficiency and I need to up the nutes. Since the LSD-25 is the bigger one at 11 inches and showing more yellow tips, so I upped the PPM to about 650ppm and since Tangie is only about 7 inches at this point took it up from 460 to 500 ppm. So far it's been 5 hours since I upped the nutes and I have seen no worsening of the tips or any other bad signs. The plants seem to be unnaffected by the increase in nutes. For now I'll just keep observing and monitoring PH and PPM's periodically to see how they do with these little adjustments.

Thanks! I have honestly seen a couple of grow journals in growdiaries and people claim that both Tangie and Blue Dream are big yielders and easy to grow so I'm hoping they live up to the hype lol! If you're gonna post a journal let me know so I can sub!!!

Day 25:

LSD and Tangie are showin their pre-flowers. I can say safely in veg this is a new record for me with LSD this beast is already at 20 inches and we're not finished on week 4. This grow is definitely kicking the ass of my soil grows by a wide margin. In veg this is an official new record for me here the soil usually is so bad I struggle to get them to 8-9 inches by the end of a month and a half (maybe 2) in all my previous outdoor soil grows.
