Imitation being the best form of flattery im going to try and emulate 420autoflower grow tactics. Here is my 420 fastbuds bananna purple punch at day 15. Just pinned the main top down a few minutes ago

Day 18 would you tie this down any different?
Off to a good start!
You might want to cut your 4x4” Flora Flex cap in half or not use it at all. If you don't use the cap you’ll have more area to stake your top down and there won’t be any risk of your stalk out growing the diameter of the cap hole. I also like to stake into the edge of my 6x6” blocks when my plants get big so I’m not going to be using the 6x6” algae caps anymore. These drip line stakes will work just fine if you don’t feel like cutting your cap.

Day 18 feeding it twice a day with a huge syringe. Would you tie this down any differently? I keep moving the coat hanger every day because the top perks up every day after its tied down

You are doing right. It takes work to keep that top down.

My ec for the tap water starts at 300. If i follow the directions on all my nutes it takes my ec to crazy high levels then i have to dillute it with tap water to get it down to managable levels is that how i should be doing it? Or should i try and get a reverse osmosis tap

Both methods will work, my tap is 400ppm i use my nutes between 25-50%(recommended is 2ml and i add .5 or 1ml for example) and it leaves my ppm at 750-1000ppm. RO works but is expensive and creates waste water, even the best are 1:1 clean water/grey water waste. My opinion is use the best water you can get! If RO is an option than go for it! I use my tap water and dechlorinator because RO is way outside my budget. But because my ppm is so high, i cant use nutrients like Perfect PH or anything but i dont anyway. I get great results but i have to keep an eye on it. Others here mix full strength and dilute to appropriate ppm. I just have alot of experience with my regimen so im comfortable mixing at smaller doses instead. Alot of people told me i couldn’t t grow with my tapwater, i like to think i get good results. Would it be better with RO water? Maybe. I have no plans on changing my water supply tho.

Get an under the counter RO system, you'll be able to max out your feed this way, without using up those valuable ppm's. It is so important for this method, my water starts at 35ppm but without the RO nearly 400 which leaves little room for your nutrients to maximise the short vegging period, roughly 35 days or so until they get framed-up and super-cropped.

Something like this:-

Get your starting ppm below 150 ppm
