Id chop of some of those big fans up top to let those branches get the light! Or tuck em!

Your'e doing great, just keep that top bent over, this directs energy to the side branching. Don't worry about taking any leaves away, they'll be coming off soon enough. Ideally you want 10-14 days of the top bent over, this gives a similar result to topping but without the recovery time.

Im at 10 days now is there a time when i stop pinning it down?

Day 29 should i keep the top pinned or move around the coat hanger? Looks like that one side branch is tall do i pin that as well?

I would just tie back the tallest branches keep canopy level until it's time for the net which should be in the next week or so. I wouldn't release any pinning just let them stretch

Concentrate on keeping that main top down, you'll need to move the hanger around to shape it. You don't want a plant that's to lop sided and out of balance, you'll be super cropping them soon enough. If some of the side branches start getting unruly, don't stress to much these are the branches that will be getting flattened in any case.

Just retied down the top and a few of the side branches

Wouldnt worry about the side branches too much, those will be super-cropped eventually anyway when you drop the net.
