Just didnt wana jump hastily into pulling a plant if it coulda been saved and brought back, why I said wait a bit (and the pic). But you are correct it shoulda bounced back by now if it was gonna. But looking at the pattern on the leaves something is wrong with that soil, because if you look closely, the leaves on the new seedling is starting to show the colors on the leafs something is wrong just like the previous.

Yeah man I hate to say it but after the waiting it out period, I'd say something is either genetically wrong with that plant or something is the soil is drasticallyoff, because new growth should have come back to normal by now. any chance of a close up of new growths?

This is the best I could manage. There are some fan leaves that's are more normal, slightly crooked to one side but broad and normal. These new growth are super skinny.

Chaos, the other flower, might indicate if it's the soil or not, because what are the chances that they develop the same mutation? I've tried googling, and the imgur link above is the closest mutation I've found, but there was no name for it.

Looks like as if you have a virus. its one of the hardest things to spot because it can look like other problems. I say virus because of the way the plant is so mutated. virus can be caused by an outside source or can even be genetic so its almost impossible to know which one cause it unless you breed the strain yourself and know none of your parents had a virus. Best bet is to pitch it, or buy a virus killer which there still the chance it wont fix your problem. sorry i hate when viruses attack our beautiful plants, but its happens from time to time. :karma Cloud:

Interesting. What would a virus killer be called?

Some of the older fan leaves look more normal than the new ones. Hard to tell what it can be.

Keep the mutant! I had a mutant plant years and years ago it grew the 3 branches instead of just 2 at the nodes and it started off all weird like this and was like that for ages then it turned into some kinda super fast growing plant that smelled like a freshly cut lemon even though it didnt have any buds on it and was still veging......i wish that plant had been put under 12/12 but my friend who's house we were using to grow the weed killed it lol. It had loads of fingers on the leafs aswell and there would always be one leaf that would be bent on each node but the rest fine. It was weird and wonderfull and pretty damn sure it would have been an amazing smoke just judging by the smell it gave off and the speed of growth. Id love to go to a weed freakshow lol.

I have a Mutand Soma NYCD going on atm too shes hella strong and fast growing. Ill keep her to watch what she will turn out when shes big. She growed some Twin Branches looks like topped but i aint topped her so far. Sometimes the Mutants turn out into something good.....sometimes not.
