Grow Room How to battle heat?

Tldr,

Pointless setting up the temp in a tent with no plants in it. Once the plants go in it all changes. Best thing to do imop is set the tent to passive intake. Get a humidifier, dehumidifier, a temp controller for the exhaust fan, controller for the humidifier and dehumidifier, and a small vivosun oscillating fan.
If you’re running led’s a max temp of 85f is good. Don’t become fixated on temps but rather vpd.

Leaf temp... led I run 84 to 86 tent temp to get a temp of 82ish with a laser thermometer.
Hps I run @ 74 to get the same leaf temp.

And yes to the VPD chart.

Hey there. test running some things before my state turns full legal. So i got a coolgrows 24x48x60 tent and it is amazing for the price. It has double tubes everywhere and 3 screened vents on 3 sides of bottom. So i have a 4 inch inline fan hanging at the top with ducting taking the air out and away from tent into tent room. The room is about 15x5 foot. It does have windows but all windows have been covered with light proof curtains. I am in a sunny state that gets hot during day. I keep my house AC on 75 90% of the time. and then i will drop it to 70 during that hot time of day but inside it really never passes 75 or 76.
No matter what the inside of my tent, top bottom sides everywhere varies between 78-83. 83 during hot time of day. I also have a very small clip on fan that move the air at the bottom of the tent.
the humidity stays around 40-50 percent.

I moved the tent away from the curtains/windows to the house-core most side of and that didnt seem to do much. I have 4 of those small cheap hydrometers and 1 caliber IV one and they are all reading similar results.

The lighting is just a 4 bulb 4 foot HO t5 that is 24/0 right now. It doesnt produce much heat, if anything it would be the housing nearest the inline fan intake that does that.

The odd thing is that when i stick my hand under the light it feels like a nice 75ish. it literally feels perfect.

How can i counter this heat or is the only option to run my ac a little lower?

Ok so first off 83 degrees is fine . Plants like heat... they dont like stagnet heat.... most important thing about heat is dont let the light off temps drop more than 10ish degrees from the light on temp to the light off temp. Autos will take 90 degrees no problem.
