How much air movement for new seedlings?

How much air movement do you recommend for auto seedlings? Like is it ok for the air to be making the seedling wiggle around pretty much all day be ok?

as long as there not being bashed about by the air its fine to do it all day if you can get them all wiggling thats perfect

It just needs to be strong enough for the plant to be moving (nothing too vigourous but atwist n turn her n there is ideal). I use a standard desk fan ( 9") at about 3 feet away on loeest setting and its on a 15 mins on/off cycle.
The stem will strengthen and it moves the air, managing local temps...
