Hey guys I just got my mephisto illuminauto's order, and I just got a brand new 600 watt cool tube setup to replace my CFL closet grow. How many do you think I could fit under it in 3 gallon pots? My closet it about 2.5 x 5, but I have an oscillating fan in there which will take up about a foot or more of floor space, and all of the strains I have are "medium sized" strains. I want to grow at least 2, but would 4 be pushing it? I have a bunch of 42 watt CFL's that I planned on using for corner lighting too

4 will work as long as you don't get a big pushy girl
But the 2.5 limits your footprint for the pots so 2 might be better for medium / larger plants
If you had a more square footprint your 600 is more than enough light for 4 plants

Ok. Sounds like 2 might be the better option. I want to grow the plant to its full smoke quality potential so I don't want to overcrowd them.

2 "medium" plants in either 4 or 5 gallon pots under a 600 has good yield potential
