Yep, same here. The only problem I have had is the packaging. I ordered a large purchase one time and they were all crammed in the case which smashed a few seeds during shipping. Not a big deal, I just place two orders when making a large purchase now.

I had an issue the first time I ordered form Herbie's (not the fault of Herbie's). I informed them, just so they would know. Bryan thanked me and gifted me a few seeds. I was not unhappy with the company. He just did it for good customer relations, though it was not necessary. The shipping a way faster than the other places I've ordered from.

Again as with AliBongo these two companies both have retail outlets which are pretty local to me in the UK,Herbies will do a pricematch on any seed in stock at another supplier too!Another small business run by heads who just wanna help other heads out..glad to see positive reports on these guys as I know they are legit

I would shoot an email to them and see what's up. I do seem to remember the tracking was kinda sketchy when I used them. I got the pkg before we figured out what was up with it.

Have had two orders from Herbie's and they arrive faster than any other co I've ordered from so far, and 100% germ rate, very responsive/nice folks. Packaging is nice and stealthy, but, would prefer that they upgrade it similar to what Attitude does.

My package made it to new York on 2/23 then it make it in new York again on 29th I still have not received it and it says it has dispatched the USPS sort facility bethpage new York. Tht was on the 29th and today is 3/6 no updates on the website or when I call 1800askusps. I know it made it past customs but it seems it taking longer then it should. N is it coming in the mail or do I got to go to the po to pick it up? First time buyer n grower

Mine have always come right to my box. I had a similar situation with the tracking on my order. You will probably receive them before they get the tracking straightened out.
