Just put one in with them. Glad to hear the service was good. Went with a super stealth option.
 
I've ordered countless times from Herbies and the only time I had some damaged seeds, they replaced them without question based on what I'd said in an email. No pissing about. Deliveries have been within 2 days, usually next day, customer service is better than most, and you always get some good freebies with every order. Well priced, reasonable delivery charges, international shipping, a MASSIVE selection of strains with an entire site dedicated to autoflower strains, and a pick n mix site. And finally, so far, all my seeds have popped.

What more do you want.. oral sex?

Always had great service from Herbie's. My only gripe was I wrote them TWICE about the Barney's Farm Sweet Tooth "Auto" not Auto'ing and I never got a reply back. I didn't ask them for anything (even though after buying 5 fem autos and getting 4 photos and 1 not viable I should be offered SOMETHING). So I'm not sure why no reply back. I will try a third time. They always have fast shipping and such so they are the best getting to the destination quickest and safest. But this Sweet Tooth thing bugs me... I'll let you all know what happens...

I think I read on their site somewhere that they can't respond to these types of inquiries, because the seeds are sold as souvenirs. I think it was their site... I was on a few of them yesterday.
 
Well I wasn't saying I grew them. I just said they are photos not autos so to me that's BS. So they can just sell you whatever and if you get photos oh well your f*cked. I'm sorry but I think thats rubbish. Not bitching at you Stashmouth, Thanks for the heads up.
 
Come to think of it... It didn't say AUTO on the BF package either... When I got the Pineapple Express Auto It had a sticker the said AUTO clearly on the package. That just irks the shit outta me.

Funny you should say that as I got a Delicious La Musa from them but it doesn't say "auto" on its packet. It's in one of their own bags with printed labels and now you've got me wondering if it's a photo.

If they're not answering because you've stated that you grew them (or they took that from your mails) then I wonder if it may help to email them and ask in a different way.. something like stating that you ordered some autos but the packet doesn't say autos, so could they please confirm if they are autos or photos?

Might get them to dialogue at which point you can say something like "I DIDN'T germ these seeds.. and I DIDN'T discover that they were photos.. but I know for a fact that they are, so what are you going to do about it"?

What do you think?

I had a question about the Buddha White Dwarf pack that I got from them, and they got back to me via email in about 36 hours. Basically the package had 'White Dwarf Fem' on it, no mention of Auto, and I had ordered the Auto. I looked on the website and the only Fem version was the Auto, but I emailed them anyway. They got back to me and confirmed that all the Buddha Fem White Dwarf seeds were Auto, so that eased my mind. I've actually emailed them a couple of times and got replies both times. Maybe it just depends on who's monitoring the email as to whether you get a reply or not.
 
Hey Big Buddha... Thanks for the idea. I was actually pondering taking a pic of the two packs together (PE Auto and ST with no Auto sticker) with them side by side. It may help or they could just ignore it again lol. But oh well it just made me decide to never by the F1's of any "new Auto" version of the Photo...

I hope your La Musa is an Auto bro!

Yeah that may work.. anything that gets the message to them without saying that it's been germed. Failing that.. phone them and give them some earache down the phone. Nicely, of course, cos then you can legitimately take the moral high-ground. ;)

Funny thing.. I was a former sales manager for many years, but I'm fucking useless when it comes to complaining and I usually rub people up the wrong way making my demands. As much as I believe every customer has the right to swear at us if they're not getting what they're paying for, most other people seem to think differently and won't help me. :D
