I read that somewhere also. I have been wanting to try trusting Advanced Nutrients hype by not checking pH for a grow, but up until now have always been just one grow from being without any medicine. This last summer's harvest while not great is helping to ease my mind. I would post a picture here but they were not even autos, just some local bagseed. Next year I'm going for three harvests outdoors using the autoflower seed I made with DP's Auto Mazar.

Ok you twisted my arm and it hurt! So here are some pics from my outside girls this year. We battled some very wet weather and mold and bud rot, but still managed some decent smoke and bubble.

The first up are a couple of bagseeds from the same bag if you can believe it. The purple one was such a beauty I yanked it out of the ground and am trying to reveg it now.

These last two were a couple of Flash Seeds autos. The first is a Annapurna and the second is a Number One.

Thanks for the slap. Yea it was a learning experience for me at the latitude I live at now. But I have the sun cycle mapped out on the property I have access to, so should be able to get two maybe three harvests of autos done next year.

Yes she is pretty amazing. Beautiful color, smells like diesel fuel, no mold or bud rot at all, and buds are rock hard. Hence, why I have the base of it chopped back with some grow sites left on it and placed it in my veg tent. I'm hoping she starts vegging again and then I can grab some clones off of her. A little Collodial Silver to reverse one of the clones and like magic I will have feminized seed for one great outdoor photo girl. If I only knew for sure what strain she is.

Day 25
What a difference 5 days can make. I have been traveling and just got back. Berkeley is exploding, Sunshine is still about half the size of her sister, but looking better. She shows signs of overwatering in these shots, but I swear last night she was praying to the lights. This morning she has that droopy look to her mutant self again.

They have been on the same 15 liter reservoir since day 15 and have drank about 5 inches of water out of 8 inches they started with. I am emptying the reservoir today, I can use what is left on my outdoor purple girl that I brought inside to try and reveg. I will be putting a fresh 15 liters in the reservoir today with the following:

Cal/Mag 1.5 ml/l 0.62EC
Sensi Grow A & B 1.5 ml/l. After A - 1.07 EC After B -1.44
B52 0.75 ml/l. 1.54 EC
Carboload 0.75 ml/l 1.54 EC
Terpinator 0.75 ml/l. 1.61EC
Voodoo 1 ml/l. 1.61 EC
Drip Clean 1ml/l 1.63

As you can see I have kicked everything up a little, except for the voodoo which I am lowering as I discontinue it until flower. Also started adding drip clean as well.

I hear you guys. It's hard as a former DWC person to put down my pH meter, but I will give it a shot. From here on out, I will let the pH range where it will. I won't be checking so how will I know? Now if I can just get rid if that nagging feeling of not knowing.

I ran the ph perfect sensi coco bloom for a few grows never blinked a eye when it came to ph also only used a few additives like big bud and bud candy... Advanced really has the ph perfect line dialed in

Thanks good info to know. I did check it and it was close to perfect like the last reservoir I mixed up. Where I started screwing up with the last one was I was running a water pump inside the reservoir 24/7 which was doing two things, it was heating up the water and it was aerating the mix as well causing the pH to go up to which I was adding pH down. I now have it on a timer that turns on for 15 minutes twice a day to mix things up and filter the mix a little and the temp and pH did not move after that. So I won't be checking it again. I might check when changing it next time just to see, but I am putting the pH up and down away.
