Having trouble keeping temps up, with fans on I'm around 17c/ 19c, that's only intake and outtake and not including the oscillating fan, I'd say I would be lower with that on,
when I seal up the tent and turn off fans and leave no vents or gaps open it's 25c/26.5, thinking of putting a 1000w heater that I hope I can dial in the right temps, it has 3 heat settings and a dial four lower and higher,
any advise for using this heater,, shout
away, on a brighter note, I'm on day 2 and all 7 seeds have broken soil, will remove the humidity cups tonight, just hope the heater can get me sweet temps inside the tent

Hey buddy, you don't really need intake and exhaust fans yet. Close the tent up 90% and have the oscillating fan blowing over the seedlings lightly. If you need to up the heat then in a few weeks I'd put the heater outside the tent and test the different temp/power settings over a couple of days to get it dialled in.

Brilliant HighnDry just the response I was after,
was gona say to the missus, I'm sorry babe but my plants need the heater, put on a jumper,
Much appreciated

I'm using a 300w blue cfl a 125w red cfl and I threw in a T8 with 2ft 18w bulbs, for side lighting and to keep temps up abit

Here's inside the tent,, gona get it sorted out and arranged better, but I'm getting the best temps now, might put them all at ground level again, just trying to find the best position for everything is anoyin lol

I've seen many change lights fall and spring, HPS in the cold months LED in the warm. It's an expense, but, so is running an electric heater, pays for itself in time. Sounds like you've got it covered at this point, but something to stick in the back of the brain for later.

I'm still not sure what to do, but after looking at that pic I posted above I had to go and rearrange everything again lol, it looked very strange, here's a pic, in Northern Ireland it's always fall or not far off it, I just think it makes more sense having one light rather than 3 or 4 all over the place down close to the plants, it's very cramped and ugly looking lol, I see pics of ppls set ups and there very neat and tidy, nearly symmetrical looking, and hps would have alot better spectrum reach, I'm worried cfls don't reach the bottom of plant, cos at the minute thier 12-15 inch away from soil level and the soil is just about warm, wouldn't be arsed messing about moving loads of lights, then theirs the electrics side of things cost and a chance of overloading sockets, heres some updated pics, will sleep better tonight now

Yeah, if your going to run into temperature issues it would at least be worth investing. I ran HPS years back, but left growing for a time, and when I returned, LED was a better option for where I'm at. The tech has really stepped up with the new hps lights from what I've seen, so it may be worth a look. The IR the light throws helps as well, and allows you to run a lower overall temp as well. Under led, I keep things 78 to 83 or 4. Under hps, I kept temps in the low 70s.
Haven't looked, but there is probably a section on here that's HPS lighting related.

Thanks everyone, I raised up my plants up off the floor about 2.5foot and repositioned the lights, opened up roof vent half way and I opened the floor vent a little bit, then I positioned the fan in the far corner facing the plants,,, temps under lights are 26c and humidity 64% and the temp up high in the middle of the tent is the exact same,
Have I got everything running at the right temp and humidity,
