Hello brothers...I need help - advice

So, currently I'm growing 4 DP AutoMazars...setup is:
growbox 60x60x140 cm
organic soil, 2 plants are in 7 liter pots, and other 2 are in 10 liter pots
first 30 days of grow they were under elektrox cfl dual 250 w, now they are under 250w hps without cooltube
i use general organics BioThrive grow and BioThrive bloom
today is 33rd day of grow

so, the problem is (as you can see on the pics) that one plant is much taller than the others (she has already 70cm)...how tall she can be? She started to flower on 25th day of grow... I'm affraid that I'll ruin other plants, because hps lamp now is 2 far from them?! I'd train her by LST but now it's too late for that because there is not enough room in the box...

sorry on my english :)

regards

Hi bro remember not all of ur autos will grow at the same rate some grow faster then others they should catch up in time as they are only 35 days nearly 5 weeks vertical growth my have not stoped bro so mite have a growth spert

That tall looks a little droopy,is she always like that? That happened to me with one plant higher than the rest, this happens some times and its just the nature of the beast.I just stacked some empty pots or anything else you can find under the shorter ones to bring them up even with the tall one. They usually double in size from when they start to flower but that could also vary.

Yer the tall one does look a bit droopy when did she last have a drink

I have a big problem my brothers...something's wrong on my 2 Mazars, you can see the leaves...does anyone know what's the problem?

today is 42nd day of grow, the problem has started 3 days ago, and in last 7 days I gave them BioThrive grow and watered them with tap water, ph set 6.0

What is the PH of the run-off? (after going through the soil)

If PH is good, some Cal/mag may help, how much of this do they get?

Welcome welcome welcome to the AFN sir.

I agree with all. If ph runoff is ok then she needs a shot of cal/mag. Otherwise not sure. And yes I second the stacking of books, cd cases, whatever you got that will be stable to hold the girls so that you an even out the heights with the tallest one. This is the basic trick used by all for height issues. Cd cases work well bc you can adjust the height. Just depends on how heavy the girl and pot is. books do the same and are more sturdy. Good luck dude.

I believe you said you're using organic soil... if so, 6.0 is too low for your water's pH. That might be a good number for hydro or a soil-less mix (like Pro-Mix) but it's too low for soil (any mix that had been substantially amended with guanos, ferts, etc.). Cal/Mag would both be locked out if your pH is in the low 6's or below, which is what it looks like to me.

Others concerns:
  • Did you allow your tap water to sit for 24 hrs to de-chlorinate? if you didn't, you need to.
  • Did you pH your fert mix before putting it in the soil? the pH on your fert mix has to be amended just like your water's pH. Ferts almost always drop the pH when added to water. If the Bio Thrive Gro you added was not set to the proper pH, it is almost certainly a Cal/Mag lockout, IMO.

Unfortunately, fixing this is not going to be effortless. First, we need to find out what your soil's pH is. What are you currently using to monitor you pH?

Yes, my brother…I'm using organic soil CompoSana with PH 6,5, and I think you're right when you say that my water PH is too low.

No, I didn't allowed my tap water to declorinate, I'll do that in the future.

Yes, first I set up my water PH at 6.0, and then I put the ferts in water, like I read on the instructions. I think you're right, it should be Cal/Mag lockout.

I use this for PH testing.

What should I do now? How can I save them?

I wish i had some easy and fast answers here. One way to equalise hight of the plants is to put the smaller ones on a stool, chair or wooden box. Cradboard boxes get wet and collapse so dont stack plants on them

But the AUtoMazar doesn't look as healthy as it should. Are your grow room temperatures OK, around 75f ? I wonder if you need to consider getting it into a bigger pot? - I am not sure about that , maybe it is a nutrient def rather than a small pot problem. Have you been over-watering or letting the plant stand too long with wet roots in the run-off water ?
