Lighting HELP! My HS1 is down!

Oh my. So this seems to have been quite frequeant issue with the earlier version, I see. It is really good you got it fixed by GN. Daniel told it takes their technician to do the update in about 5 minutes. LOL it took me more like 50 minutes total! :biggrin:

Hey the fact that they covered it and sent the upgrade is a +!!!! Shows they stand behind their products and that's nice.
 
Sorry to squat this thread again, My unit arrived back on thurs. It has been fully checked and repaired so work properly again. I am very impressed every time i have to communicate with Grownorthern , they have superb customer service. The unit would have been quicker but UPS were involved and slowed the process down, nothing I or Grownorthern could do about UPS..lol I look forward to using both the units now...
