Hi, just a quick introduction.

I'm just starting to grow, and I consider myself quite unknowledgeable on these matters, so please bear with me.

Me and a friend upset with the quality, price and shady endovers that we need to get through to get our auto medicine decide that this would be the time to start growing, as many in these times of quarentine.

I don't have so much space on my house and I don't like people knowing about my affairs I have to go with a micro stealth grow.

My budget is not that big but I'm planning with time be updating the setup.

Discarding that now I have a trashy box with foil paper and two cfls but planning on a 1m x 2m X 0.6 m Ikea cabinet.

Later tonight will be starting a journal thread.

Any thought, ideas or advice would be welcome.

So, Hello there.

Thank you @bushmasterar15 yes, definitely it's on my priorities, and that is a one of the subjects of my many questions.
Having the cabinet real sealed up will the carbon filter really get rid of the smell?
With such a small area any small filter would be fit?
Thanks

I would suggest a tent definitely if you are concerned about smell.
Yea I ear you but having a tent in the office room is kind of a give away.

As I'm writing this I'm thinking maybe there is a tent that fits on the closet. Going to search for it.

Hi man just a quick thing depending on your home setup you may be able to just add some good ducting to an existing outtake vent and hook it up to your enclosed space as directly as possible. That will cost you just 15 bucks and handle the smell, if a good carbon filter is beyond your means.
My setup is wimpy too but with a little creativity you can manage the temp, humidity and air flow without spending big. Starting out this way lets you learn more and gradually improve. From where you are now I'm finishing up my second single plant grow JD#1 and moving onto four autos next, always small steps. It'll take about a year of adding and adjusting. It's really rewarding though
