Welcome to AFN pippik. There are a bunch of us here using GLH lights, myself included. I've got a 2010 180 watt model, some others are using 2011 290 watters. I love mine and have gotten some fantastic results with it. Let me know what I can do to help.

I would have some cal/mag on hand, chances are you will need it. These lights seem to increase the nutrient uptake in general, especially the cal/mag. What are you growing them in, soil? Also, is that a 2010 model or a 2011?

Set your light about 18 - 20" during veg and then lower it to about 12 - 16 in flower.
