Hecno's on going organics

Hey brother hecno :toke:this place looks familiar :smoking::rofl: Feels good! good to see you getting close to growing.

:bighug::cheers: :yay: -- Welcome home brudda mine, mission complete! :d5: .... and not a half bad temp' place to shack up for now either!

I see you've already configured it to your liking and needs for the moment- They are lucky to have you there and improving the grounds already...

I'm not surprised you're kicking butt at the market, nor at it being annoying enough that you'll set off for better pastures...

:woohoo: a big tent and a canna-friendly land lord! That's going to be a hoot, can't wait to see you up and running mate!

Hi guys, @Waira @WildBill @Jraven @Eyes on Fire The love of soil , The big tube 6 plus months and the smaller ones 4 odd months , The big tube will be for my next grow . After a hard days work I really enjoy working with soil it calms the soul . I believe the more time you spend on soil the better the taste of the buds , this is just my opinion guys , oh , and a good curing time . You will see in the photos bananas , I like to use them when they are spotty , worms love them as well as microbes , I have all sorts of critters in my soil and they have never done harm yet , I am still seeing new guys to organic soil have this recipe and that recipe but not understanding how soil works , shame , as good soil takes time .

My garden at my farm kept me sane when working for corporate America. Getting on my tractor and doing work was very therapeutic. My boy knew when I had a rough day when I changed clothes, got on the tractor and started turning my rows of compost. The smell of turning the compost chilled me.
I wish I had some of that compost now! One particular large run comes to mind for canna. My neighbor gave me 70ac of organic grown peanuts after they were dug, shaken and harvested/ The left over plant material still had some peanuts in it. Same time, I also bought salvaged dried molasses from a train derailment. I always had tree trimmings on hand with letting trimming companies dump the ground of material. Same year I grew 40ac of Israeli Ogden melon/cantalope. All the bad melons went in the pile. At that time, I was also getting in brewery waste trucked in. All I had to do was pay them a small transport fee, Along with my other regular inputs, this made some very nice compost. Even with the tree trimmings, it was fully ready in 6 months. That was some of the hottest compost I ever made.
I miss that smell of lovely compost.

That soil should grow some nice plants brother hec...in fact I'm sure it will with you at the helm:d5:
Hopefully more of the new comers find peace in the soil. I know coming here helped me find the connection:thumbsup::pass:
