The ones you linked to are the same ones I mentioned. Good to see there is now a European distributor. For one plant, I agree, a single 240 watt unit is all the light you need. If you decide later on to grow more plants you can add a second light as others have mentioned. Your total wattage will be almost the same and you'll have more flexibility to adjust for different plant heights.
