New Grower harvesting in strides?

What does everyone think of harvesting different parts of your plant at different times. Like taking the larger more finished top buds off after like a 7-10 day flush and leaving the small buds for another week or two to fatten up. If this was done would I harvest the big nugs and give a small feed and then continue flushing or just feed water all the way through? Anyone done this? I have some bud nor getting the greatest penetration and this might have to b my option. ..

Ya i recommend that to friends a lot so you get the most out of one plant. My buddy likes to cut it all at once so he has varying maturity of the buds from top to bottom and it gives him more body/head high depending on which part of the plant he wants. To me the high is generally the same though i can tell a little difference. Hope you have good luck!

By all means, split harvest is more the norm than the exception or me. Do it all the time with the big girls. Many times, I give the bottom another 2 weeks. Same as the big tops, when the sweet leaves start turning things are real close. Just stay with the water.

I do this with my outdoor girls when weather and time permit. Usually underdeveloped buds left for another week to 2 weeks will end up throwing another 2-6oz of worth the effort trimming bud(per plant).

I am so pleased to hear this is commonly done and a safe practice lol. These girls are just so bushy some spots just don't get the light they need to. Frickin weed everywhere

This has actually been interesting. I now want to 'play' more and experiment with them. Imma gonna have to try this.
