Here's my take on deleafing buds, the plant is driven by photosynthesis. That only comes from green leaves.

I leaf mine alone.

It's really a judgement call on when the plant is ready. A combination of leaf yellowing, very few white pistils and cloudy tric's. But not necessarily all of them.

Chances are you'll take the first one early, you have enough plants on the go to experiment with what you like.

Haha! No, just my bedroom, my bathroom and my mom's bathroom before we started building it back up. Then a picture from the same angle, but with walls back up. That's the madness my life has been since February.

I'll get some basement pics later. It's going to be iust for my girls and my woodworking area. I'll be adding walls later so the wood shop is separate from the girls' area.

I was referring to a post you wrote to that guy who was having trouble with his plants and you said something like the buds might fill up with leaves instead of flowers and although they'd have lots of trichs, the leafy smoke is crap, or something like that. It made me wonder if my first plants are turning out that way.

And I will wait until it feels right to harvest. Don't want to do it too early and end up with very little and/or very poor quality stuff.

And we'll attach a couple of seats to the tree so we can sit up there toking. I think it'll be awesome! Especially if we manage not to fall from 30 ft above the ground. lol

Oh, no. Unless they've been lacking light or had to much nitrogen during flowering the leaf to calyx ratio is genetic.

You've got No worries. The taking the first plant early thing is universal. I still look for an excuse to take one plant early in every harvest.
