Fast Buds Hans' FastBuds LED Coco Autopot Grow - Blackberry / Girl Scout Cookies

Looking Great! Thank you for inspiring me to go with autopots! I was on the fence about them for a long time. Seems like a lot of interest building for them her on AFN!

Cheers bro, no worries been absent myself lately... The finish is the best part anyway :p
Thanks for stopping by and for the rep.

Thanks dude, they smell pretty amazing too ;) Already have a sweet berry smell to them... should be really nice after a good cure.
I'll have final weights and some more bud porn up next week.

Hello mate! I'm planning to start an auto pot diary soon aswell :D
Mind telling us do you pre-soak coco with 500ml of water before putting the seed in the pot or after you had buried it?
I presume you don't use germination cubes like root it, right?
Also, what base should I use if I'm using 60/40 coco/clay mix? What would you pick, perlite or clay pebbles?

Either way, amazing fu*king grow!

Great job Hans, start to finish.
Lovely plants.
Enjoy that frosty goodness.
Thanks for answering all my questions about Autopots and coco.
It is much appreciated.
Thanks for following along bro, glad I could be of help. :pass:

Hey, thanks bro ;)
For the pre-soak I water around 1 litre, usually the night before planting. As for germinating, I always soak in water for 12-24hrs, then put in paper towels for 24-48 hours until I get about a 1cm tail then straight in the soil or coco... I've had 100% germ rate since day 1 using this method. For the autopots you should use a coco/perlite mix and then use the clay pebbles for the bottom layer as recommended.

Hey Hans! Was looking through your Sweet Trainwreck grow. That's pretty much how the photo period plant grows also, its not noted for yield. This will be my third Sweet Trainwreck and its huge compared to the others I've grown! Its loving coco and autopots!

Hey friend, mind explaining the feeding schedule for the 1st week since its the most crucial stage?
Do you really begin feeding calmag at 1ml+ dosage on day 5? Literally every watering will have + calmag?

I'd also like to hear from you how frequently do you water them during week 1.

They're gonna be monster plants for sure!

My grow is not conventional, I tend to do things differently. I started my seedlings in a mix of coco and wormcasting in a small pot. I use my transplant method of transplanting when the leaves become wider than the pot, thats the perfect time to transplant. After transplanting into the auto pots, I top watered for about 10 days with nutrient solution. I measure my solution in ppms, I just find it easier to keep accurate doing. The solution was about 100 ppm cal/mag and 350 ppm of Growmore's Seagrow. I watered daily by pouring about 250ml strain down the the base of the plant, as I'm told Tang does. I used plain water to keep the surface moist.
When the plants show signs of rapid grow, I started the res and upped my ppm to 600-650. I'll keep it there thru the grow. I'm not using any "bloom nute", I'll stay with the Seagrow to the end. And from the looks of my Trainwreck, its working!

Hey pop looking good, glad you're liking the autopots and coco. Yeah my Trainwreck was okay as far as yield it was just the bud density that was lacking... either way killer smoke though :p

It is that for sure! Might have enough on this one to last me a while!
