    Cellular camera security solar powered
  • Picked up a little camera for the remote growing area. It's cellular so no Wi-Fi needed. it came with a solar panel which was fine. it has lithium ion batteries. And the only problem with that that I can see is that it won't charge the battery if it's below the temp is below 20 Celsius or above 60 Celsius... so I bought a 12v 20w solar panel that can trickle charge a 12-volt small deep cycle battery.
Ill connect a 12 volt cigarette lighter style USB port and plug port into the battery terminals then to the camera to have a long lasting battery life that it can suck off if it's too cold. It does have a temperature sensor inside the camera itself for the litho batteries but if I'm plugged in to power source it bypasses that and goes directly to the electronics of the camera so that I can still operate it even if the batteries aren't charged or not accepting a charge. I guess that's one way to bypass the whole lithium battery thing. I guess I really didn't need to lithium batteries but they come with it no matter what so I really couldn't get away from that. It works awesome I installed a T-Mobile nano SIM card in it and it even has motion tracking sensor infrared lights for night time it has a microphone so I can talk and hear also it has a customized 5 minutes iron that I can put any kind of noise I want coming out of it haha do I have some ideas for that hahaha. And I also picked up a infrared flood light 12 volt with a 198 ir lights. It only uses about 5 Watts. Its range is 130 ft by 144 degrees. It should light up my hole camping area with an extreme amount of light that's probably unnecessary but I'll be able to see everything around there and whatever animals or others may be there. Pretty cool technology.

    Screenshot_20210304-201630.png

I put some masking tape all over it and then gave it a good camouflage paint job
I got 50 foot of 10 gauge wire run from the solar panel and Battery to where I would install the camera up in a tree on a tree branch where it'll be mostly inconspicuous for the most part. I wanted to make sure I could have at least a 360 degree seeing range with the camera. It also has a 6 times zoom on it. It's very cool camera I played with it extensively the last couple of days here at the house and I can't wait to install it and see what kinds of freaks of nature I see come acrossed my national forest property. :what?:

    Mother's and clones now
  • Well after moving quite a few clones out this last weekend. Still got quite a mess in front of me. :holymoly:
I have clones to make still cloner has clones in it and is cloning. I may have hurt these clones as I noticed a little speck of powdery mildew on a couple of the girls. That I brought from the farmer's house as he was having an issue with powdery mildew a few months ago and everybody thought that he had cured it using sulfur burners. As he has not seen any sign of the p.m. in the last two harvests.
Mmm... And I have not had any since I've cleaned my entire house out and painted with moldicide paint over a year ago. But it's here.:face::condom::backside::oops1: Very minoot.... but it's here and it doesn't take long especially when I'm using low light with not much UV right now. So when I took the Clones and then right afterwards I noticed a little bit of p.m. I shot everything with Plant therapy. It works great but I shot the Clones with it as well.... that I had just freshly put into the cloner.... And I maybe may not have done that. And I may have accidentally killed or hurt a couple of them... don't know yet for sure but some of them do have burnt leaves and don't look that good right now. So maybe later on tonight or tomorrow I'm a start another batch of clones as I still have a few spots left in the cloner open and I also have the old system and a fresh batch of clonex gel to use.

Got plenty of work to do... Many things have got to happen between now and 7 weeks from now.

Pineapple poison and wild Thailand update
  • Well I got around to updating them a few minutes ago and took some up-to-date pics.

I did not get a chance to do any manipulating to them.. but I did the other day pull some leaves off and did a little defoliation.
So far The Wild Thailand I am not so impressed with yet. As its a different plant to me. As I explained earlier in a post that when I was training it I noted it had brittle and Hollow stems and stock. She would be a hard one to manipulate once the branches became unpliable and brittle. I'm not going to train this plant too much more if any at all again this run. But just keep plucking leaves offer her here and there. She seems to be Stout enough I doubt if I'll have to support it.
The Pineapple poison is doing very well. I like it's bud structure so far. it does have a long stack on it.. but that could be because I had far red light on her for a little bit longer... as I'm playing with light and I may have possibly stretch this plant more than it would have had if I'd had it under the more blue light longer....but who knows I've never run this plant and it's a book unwritten for me and this grow.

    Clones...
  • I well boys and girls. As I speculated last I spoke about my clones. That The Accidental dose of the plant therapy killed quite a few of them:face::gassy: it burnt the tops pretty well and I lost most of my clones from that last batch. So I added some new clipping to the mix... just to see what was going to happen.. They did live. But The older one although they don't look good they are sprouting roots and so I let them continue to go.:weed:
Think next time if I f...up again like that ill just start allover again. I think it would be just as well.

    20210324_120718.jpg

So I'll be doing some transferring to cup pots today.

Taking new clippings tomorrow form the seed mother's for a new batch of clones.

Seed mother's and a few clones.

    Wild Thailand n Pineapple Poison
  • Well these girls are doing pretty well. The Wild Thailand getting some nice bud structure finally. But she does not ease up on the brittleness.
The Pineapple Poison I believe has stopped her stretch and the buds are starting to fill out now. As we still have about six weeks to go with this plant thereabouts. So hopefully she'll fill out pretty nicely. The wild Thailand on the other hand she still has a proximately 8 weeks yet to go. Ugh that's a long time. LOL

I haven't watered them in about nine days maybe 10. I think I haven't watered them since the last time I posted about them to tell you the truth. When I watered them today I gave them BudSwell tea and I also gave them the phytoplankton tea.
The phytoplankton tea really stinks bad. Real real bad. Like a nice sewer bad :gassy:

I had a couple more pictures but I guess I put too many in of the pineapple poison. As that is a competition plant im growing for sssc breeder. I had a lot of pictures of that.

So hopefully next time I post on this thread I'll be at the northern land digging holes.. As my trucks in the shop again.
But it's elective surgery on it. As I want my older truck to be like new. Because I am driving 360 miles round trip every time I go to the northern land.
I definitely want a vehicle that's in good running condition so I don't end up alongside the road.
O And I bought a trailer that needed new Springs... Yup just my luck...
    :pop::shrug::doh::rofl::chimp:Anyways.

    Clones
  • Cloning cloning cloning.... Lots of clones.
Some of the seed mother's don't give long enough branches in a short time to make good clones from.
Even with more red 31k light over them that helps them stretch more looking for more light.
The Strawberry sour diesel from Devil's Harvest don't stretch branches at all. It just grows a lot of stock. I've only been able to take three clones off it since I started it back at Christmas time. And I don't think any of them have lived yet. I just tried to take three more off it yesterday and they're so short I don't know if they're going to make it or not?

    Speaking of Devils Harvest seeds...
I don't trust their seed packs.:nono: 1 out of 5 lived. So making clones is important.
And I definitely don't trust their word to replace them.... Like they said in the they sent me an e-mail that they would replace the seed pack.
I sent them my name and address that was weeks and weeks ago. I have not heard nothing from them. I'm about to email them later today. Find out what's going on...

    Mid flowering
  • Pineapple poison and wild Thailand are about the same as they were last I posted filled out a little bit more buds are a little thicker. The pineapple poison may have raised up maybe another inch. Overall they look pretty good. I adjust the light or top of them and raise it up a little bit for the pineapple poison and lowered it a little bit more for the wild Thailand. They haven't had water in six days. The pots as of yesterday we're still pretty heavy they're not using a lot of water at the moment.
