Outdoor Growtogrow.. Michigan Unlimited multi strain organic grow

transplant large unknown
  • Did move today... :baked: :pop:

So I did the transplant of a large unknown plant to the garden.

Had a large space to fill. With the upper 2\3 of the large mango missing... Opened up a large hole in the coroner and set her down in the hole. Back filled the hole. She looks good and should be fine.

They are good looking plant's. They're growing pretty quick. For being organic grow. They're moving along very nicely. Three days after transplant and they've already sprung an inch above they're sign's.

I don't give them anything as the pots are quite strong with nutrients. And I shouldn't have to do anything but water these plants for about 4 to 6 weeks. I'm anticipating them being in these pots for about 5 weeks.:pop:
I made it nutrients enough for 7 to 8 weeks so I wouldn't have to feed them. Nothing shouldn't go critical until around 8 weeks if at all.

    Thanks for stopping

    Silver haze triple threat.
Is doing well. I haven't had the light on her since I took it off 7 days ago. we've had too many storms and Rain off and on the Fox isn't worth the chase right now for me . But I plan on Building rain proof light's that I don't have to worry about I'm going to run three lights on the west side to pick up that shadowing in the evening time for about 2 hours possibly 3 hour's as a summer gets longer and we get shorter days...

So the new plants doing pretty well she looks good this morning she seems to be taking the transplant real well and is responding to the Sun she got her first ever dose of tea . And she seems to be loving it couple of days I'll go in and manicure her she's a little bit on the Shaggy side . But will dress her up and put her best on in a couple of days .

    Dropping more bean's... UGH !!!
  • So it's a bitch :finger::cuss:to buy seeds from good breeder's with good genetics and pay the BIG money for those genetics and buy packages of their expensive high-quality genetics in 5-3 seeds pkt and to not have any of those seeds germinate.
    Not one :nono::fire::frowny:

So far none of the following genetics that I've tried to germinate since Christmas have made it to the cup.

    20210117_171707.jpg

None of the SeedCity super lemon haze popped at all. The devils harvest Strawberry sour diesel None 3 out of 5 so far are duds. Just dropped #4 ugh.:face: Wedding cake also UGH !!!:cuss::WTF:
I had more luck with seeds from 3 years ago...then I had from these seeds I just bought this last fall 2020.
    I don't get it.

I wrote The Devil's Harvest last week in an email but have had no response from them. If this seed don't pop and the next 1 don't pop...
:shooty::hothot:I'm going to cut into them hard core. Everywhere I can't.
Just because they hadn't responded to me..... It's one thing to tell me to go f*** off.. But it's another thing Not to say nothing at all.:tang:

Added new beans to the mix
  • Got off topic last post :LOLStoned:
    :baked:
I added 3 other new stains to this mix also.

Citrus super haze I ran a few years ago when I had the inside raised bed grow. Nice plants with a good bud structure good Citrus notes and terp profile. the yield was good. I'm not sure of this group of new seeds thou? I ran this strain about 4 year's ago n it was great and outside too.

The right as been trimmed 2 times more (leaves n branches) than the left has been.

    Right more red.

Close up 9 pound Swiss red n blue
  • Interesting. I know my main light has pretty good red and far red footprint. Is your lighting bought or do-it-yourself?

Yup I built my own light's.
This particular light array will accommodate 6 lights and they could be the CMH 315 or they could be HPS or metal halide all the sockets are for those. I like to build lights. I build a lot of different crap.
I have far red LEDs to add to my lights. I use them last spring outside when I first built this light.

The more Red Spectrum tells the plant or plants really doesn't matter what kind of plant it is cannabis or whatever the Red Spectrum tells the plant that it's being shaded and that it needs to get to the light so it'll throw more leaves so it'll grow longer stems it'll create more Bud sites it tells the plant that it needs to survive and so it throws out more of everything so they can collect more light. That makes sense to you guys?

I study a professor that is funded by NASA now for about 30 something years like 37 years something like that he's the guy that is creating aeroponic sustainable food system for the Mars Lander. Dr Bruce Bugbee of Utah State University and he's the CEO of a Apogee Industries.
The doctor's been doing plant biology for like 44 years or something like that long-ass time anyways. And he's got some videos on YouTube. Y'all should check them out. you can find them under Apogee Instruments Inc. The doctor is doing 1000's of tests with cannabis (how to grow it and light is one of his Passions ) Since Utah State University is one of the few of universities that has Federal funding to test cannabis how to grow it what it's good for many things. But he's got some extensive tests.
But unfortunately since this covid-19 jumped off he hasn't posted any videos so the newest ones like nine months old.

But everything he's doing is extremely relevant to this industry and that everybody who grows inside and outside cannabis should and actually pay attention to what this man's doing and his team of grads undergrads and fellow professors around the world.

The blue showed less chlorosis in the veins compared to the red. I'm guess the extra red reduced flower time but the red also looks to have denser trichs. Can't tell from the pics but the internodal distance looks slightly shorter.

I forgot what you said the spectrums were but that is a great example of the effects of light spectrum on photobiology. Curious to what would occur with added 660/730s on the blue heavy spectrum on relation to trichomes, terpenes, and biomass.

Always love seeing stuff like this. Most lights can grow weed but the red heavy was much more desirable looking than the blue. I've seen some growers going down to 2700k for flower with very nice results.

What is the smell like? Difference in oils or resins based on touch?

@Waira A bit in agreement about Dinafem. The Original Amnesia/Super Silver didn't live up to the marketing hype for me :bong: . I bet GTG could do some impressive work Ace's stuff
    Sad about Dinafem
Light on the right is 30k the left 40k.
Not a big diff...But... U can see the difference.

    30k more red bud's
