Outdoor Growtogrow.. Michigan Unlimited multi strain organic grow

This morning 40 and windy up here, rain about to happen, again.....
I'm 100% organic. Greenhouse and outdoor always need lots of defoling. When actively vegging i never see any signs of slow down. Seems to stimulate leaf growth during veg. At a certain stage I defolf some every day, never a huge amount any one time on any one plant. Keeping my focus on mold patrol.......
I pick off a leaf here and there also when I'm out there with the girls when I see something to pluck cuz I got to look at them all the time you never know when there's going to be an infestation or something.? Like you said always on mold Patrol.
The guy I work for just got an app on his phone that tells when the powdery mildew mold is most prevalent in your area. When I go out there tomorrow I'm going to see what he's all talking about..
I got one plant left to do. It's getting pretty damn hot out there and the winds picking up my umbrella. It won't stay up in one spot keeps blowing away. I might wait until this evening now to finish up the last girl.
The mg25 I got to do a lot of work to her. She's growing straight to the roof. I have no more room for her but about 10 or 12 in and that's going to be done she's going to be out the top. :baked:

Hot... Outside sitting in the shade now drinking some iced tea.

So when we grow synthetics inside. And we can control everything. Ie. CO2 lights, temperature, wind, the amount of feed give to them (synthetic feed) RO water. You know the perfect everything. The plant really grows fast it explodes.
But With Organics they don't do that at that level. It amazes me the difference between the synthetic growth and the organic growth. It's significant.

But the outcome of Organics the final product is always better tasting better smelling than the synthetics. Always. Inside or out. But the yields with Organics are a little less. And that's just because you can juice the s*** out of them with the synthetics. I just don't see the sense in it for what I do... and I really don't like to work for my weed.
I think Organics is much more simpler to do. As long as I got a big enough pot to have almost living soil in it all the time. That's always going to be easier and to me is the best method to grow. Inside or outside.
I been experimenting now with light recipes on the inside grow. The commercial farmer guy I'm growing his same clones. He is blown away by the difference of my light recipe organically inside weed compared to what he grows.
My weed tastes better smells better feels better looks better. Then what is exact same clone plant growing synthetically inside underneath everything that he does perfectly.
I don't have half the work into it. So He tried to tell me that because I'm changing my light spectrum so much that that seemed like a lot of work. ???
I thought to myself and said to him how is that a lot of work when you're in here working your nuts off 30 hours a week to feed water and make sure you maintain your grow? when I go down and check on my plants like once a week and spend about 30 minutes with them. Mmm l :confused1: :smoking::crying: like I change my light spectrum twice and then add a 10K at the end. Not a lot of work I don't think anyways. Maybe that's just me:haha::shrug::pass:

Trimming
Trimming and manipulating all the girls. Put cages around the girls in the cage, this week I'll probably be putting cages around some of the girls in the yard. At the very least maybe supporting them with some bamboo and ties.

She's finally getting some good sunlight now and starting to grow

Wedding cake in the 15 gallon fiber pot. This plant's getting ready to come inside she's going to be a mother. Sunlight is coming down and will soon be at 14 hours and a half a day by the 31st. At that point it'll start triggering so I have to start taking clones and bringing plants and then I'm going to keep in.

Silver Haze. This is no silver haze...
I don't know what's going on with this plant I have no idea? It is acting like an auto or semi-auto it smells like an auto it's got three finger leaves. I just don't know.

Fire OG Kush spectacular he's definitely going to be a winner this year. I'll probably take a clone off this just so I can run it inside see what it's all about. As I've never ran the Fire OG Kush inside only outside. Should be fun.

Down on the farm
I went out to the farmer's house last week spent about 12 hours out there trimming. From 6:30 in the morning to about 10:30 11:00. It was hot as hell. But I trim his girl's all up to his specs. Which is quite the Shaving on these girls. I Also push them up through these cylinder type cages that he had made years ago for the outside grow. For the most part most of the girls were pretty flexible and I didn't have too much problem pushing the branches up through these cages.
But I did have one of them that gave me quite a bit of problems... I'm not sure why it was so brittle. As the other girl's that were sister clones all of the wedding cake. This one was just extra brittle for some reason. No matter the size of the branch it did not want to manipulate or bend very easily. I snapped three out of probably 12 branches... Ugh... This is not good for me to do cuz snapping branches on this particular plant did not heal up so well as other plants did. It's a curiosity? I don't understand why this plant is so brittle. I think that he gave this plant more of some type of mineral than the other plants??? I don't know? I just don't know?
He's only running wedding cake and sherb cake outside this year.. He doesn't have a large variety there's a couple other plants out there. 2 of the mg 25s or modified grape 25.
I've not had too much to do with this grow other than just trimming it. But normally I would have been out there more and been more involved with this grow but after being clunked in the head with a tree branch I really didn't do a lot with the grow this year.
I don't think he's doing all that well this year as what he did last year and the year before that was even better..??
So I think that he needs to rejuvenate the soil. He didn't do that last year as I told him to do so.???

You know you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink.
... Roger that....

Another thing he's done that I don't think is a good thing is he Doug a moat like around all the plants about 7 or 8 in deep and probably about 5 ft 6 ft across and then the plants like in a hill in the middle. So his reasoning for this was is that he thinks that the roots will go deeper to look for the nutrients cuz the water's Down Deeper. Sure maybe that would work if things were seed plants I told him. But because they're clones their Roots don't go that deep and that they're missing out on the nutrients that he's trying to give them. He didn't quite understand the concept of that. Again just right back to the old horse thing. I've explained that he's hard-headed and he comes around to my philosophy on his own he doesn't see it at first whatever it is what it is right. I just collect my money and go upon my way.:thumbsup::cheers::d5:

So anyways this is going to be a rundown of pictures before and after pics of his garden and my work.

24 girl's Before trimming.
Note the ground around all the bottoms of the plants. He's watering with ground water, and that's fine but it's very cold. And of course we all know cold water doesn't do microbes any good. Has microbes are very sensitive to warm and cold and toxicities. They die very easily.

Down on the farm after trimming
So the first pics in this group after trimming, will be 2 days after I had trimmed these first plants. So they've had about 48 hours to spring back and look pretty good compared to some of the plants in this group that are freshly trimmed on.

So I'll be going out there again around the 9th of August 10th and doing a final trimming and adjustment and assess for scrog netting or supports of some type for the rest of the season. Geez another summer almost gone. Time sure does go by fast.:bighug::pass::baked::passit:
