OKay so we have our nutrients. They actually got here Thursday. I am ready to start my charge.

I'm wondering how much water to use? I hate to mix up too much and be wasteful, but I sure don't want to mix too little. I'm thinking also that since I like to start in solo cups, I should only charge enough to do 2 solo cups. It would be a week to 10 days before transplanting to final pot, so I wouldn't need most of the product until then. What's your thoughts on this @coalminer :headbang:

I am gonna charge tomorrow, and fill a pot on Monday, and drop a seed.

I made this rig up. David wanted to know if I could get my drips into the lower 3/4 of the pot, as the Sim Mix can absorb upwards towards the roots.

I say yes... The tube on the bottle is the air release so as to let the flow ease through tubes. I will attach a 1/2 inch irrigation line from the bottle to the drip "T" I got the line at about 4 feet above the pot, which should give me all the gravity I need to drip within one hour.

I like it @Eekman Nice work! :d5:

Since I already use catch pans to recycle nutes, I'm just going to flood/feed from the bottom up. I've noticed in my current grow that my 6 quart pans fill up pretty quick using a 3 gallon fabric pot, so I just ordered 4 more pans that are a little bigger. At least by feeding from the bottom, over filling shouldn't be a problem! :headbang:
