Indoor Grow No.2 - Hippy, Mephisto, Cobs and Good Vibes :)

I'm very happy with my ascent vaporizer, it's got a decent battery, it's big but not too much, like smoking a old Nokia phone.
To get the nuances of taste and smells I prefer the vaporizer than combustion every time, and the lovely after taste is the best...

A 4 strain grow. Second try.

Do you find that vapes make all weed taste the same mate? Especially the after taste? Or is that just because I can't taste properly due to evil baccy?

On the contrary, I find that with the vape I get more nuances from the buds, I get the citrus, the pines, the haze...
I think after the vape I started to find more and more out of weed than before. With combustion it's more of a general taste smell and potency. With the vape it takes longer to hit, but lasts longer, and you can taste the difference in the levels of dryness of the buds better.

I have a friend in Wales. We chat on skype 2-3 times a week and smoke a few buds together. The conversations are seldom shorter than 1 1/2 hrs.
I've started using whatsapp with another AFN member. Our conversations so far have all been longer than 45 minutes LOL.

Day 19 update for the @mephisto babies  :smoking: :bighug:

They are having 200ml of water a day at the moment, containing 1ml/L of micro, grow, blow, B52 and voodoo juice. Also a bit of cal/mag. Fed slowly. I think that will go up to 250ml tomorrow maybe. Keeping a beady eye on the little beggars.

They also just had a spray with their new optic foliar Overgrow. We'll see how that goes as it's new to me!

Both Toofless Alien and Sour Crack seem to be doing very well. Toofless is 18cm from the soil and Crack is 16cm tall. Both showing much better growth compared to my first grow attempt - I think I have the warmish soil and not over watering thing more sorted this time around.

Tempted to top one of them but I WILL RESIST. No messing around this time - I don't have the knowledge or skills yet so just gonna let the girls grow naturally.

I have turned their under-floor heating down a bit today as they're getting bigger and stronger. I will move it to the middle of the tent floor soon to warm the tent generally at night rather than just the baby's side.

That's far too much seriousness for one go. Pics to follow when I've finished smoking my Bifta  :pass: :vibe:

I like Skype.
It's like being in the same room. With a mobile device, we visit each others gardens, or I can be cooking while chatting.

@Dr. Babnik You said questions were ok Sir!! :d5:

Does having clay pebbles on top of my soil have any affect on watering other than the obvious? I realise they hold or release moisture depending on conditions, (and also screw the reading on your hygrometer!) but would it be possible for nutrients to be left behind in the clay as the water passes through the layer of pebbles? Are they robbing my babies of any vital nutes?

Hopefully not a stupid question, but to be honest exposing myself as a bafoon is quite liberating :pass:

Never thought about that.
I only observe positive effects: Much softer soil, less evap and stronger stems.
The clay won't steal.
