Yes no waiting necessary(well except for it to cool), i store mine at room temp and have no issues with anything.

If you are processing 1/8 at a time you will use it before storage becomes an issue.

If you are producing more than that, then yes, a cool place. If you're using amber glass bottles and light won't be much of an issue.

High test alcohol is a good preservative- they've found old apothecary bottles that were very well preserved.
