Mephisto Genetics Grape Crinkle....bring it on!

DAY 71......

I drained her bucket because I wanted give her a good looking over and once I took her out of the cabinet I knew she wasn't going back in! My question is how the heck do people deal with trimming multiple plants at once? I spent a solid 6 hours working on chopping her down! I learned a lot on this grow. Of course the most important thing learned is that I need more space badly. After 6 hours of watching a couple of movies on Netflix I was rewarded with a whopping 1,517 grams wet. If I ballpark 20% final dry weight I am looking at over 10oz off of this 1 plant. This girl is so sticky she was almost not even fun to cut down and trim! Thank you to all who were watching her along the way.

I can only hope my bubble bucket girl is half as good great growing man :slap:

Well she's all done but some cure time in the jars. The 1,517 grams wets, dried, trimmed up and jarred yielded a whopping 353 grams dry! She breaks my own 1 plant yield record by over 100grams.

353 grams dry is freaking awesome for being grown under only 270 watts total of LED light......that comes out to 1.3 grams per watt....out of a MarsHydro 300w old model LED and a DIY Cree cxb3590 fixture.....

......being I can't leave well enough alone I have another Grape Crinkle already sprouted and in a root cube sitting on top of her 3.5 gallon bucket!

Bring it!

Grape Crinkle [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG] is off to a running start. She is on day 19 already and showed sex yesterday(day18). I believe the first grape Crinkle showed sex on day 23 or so. She is running at 350PPM with a PH of 6.1. As for a feeding schedule I don't really use one at this point in the game. On my spreadsheet that I keep I just add a "YES" to the box for "GRO" "MICRO" etc and don't keep track of the exact amount of each given nute that I add as it's not that critical at this point. I will do a bucket change this weekend and at that point I start recording the exact amount of each nute I feed. I start my water level 1 inch(25.mm) below the bottom of the net pot and work my way filling up the bucket as the plant gains size and root mass. At this point I have filled the bucket to within about 3 inches from the top of the bucket, another inch and it will be as full as I can go. This is what works for my set up.

Lookin good bro, I might have to try the filling of the bucket thing next go round. One thing I am noticing about the rhizocores is that is seems because the root mass goes down through the bottom that it doesn't get the root mass as big as if the roots were all coming out the side. Now this could just be due to this plants age, I am just interested to see if the roots fill the whole bucket like this

you have finished a plant using the Rhizocore net pots right? If so did the roots end up filling your bucket?
