So, I had heard good things about these guys from a couple friends. After poking around on the internet I saw that they might have had some customer service issues a couple years ago. Figured that if my friends had recent success with them that I would give it a go as the options for shipping to the US are limited. Love their site and selection, but so far I am a bit annoyed with how long it takes them to process a payment. I paid on January 17th, which was a Saturday. I didn't expect them to do anything that day, or the next. I paid with moneygram, instant transfer. 6% discount was offered for moneygram payments. So I was all for it. I figured it would be faster than sending cash. So far it hasn't been. :/
They said in the email they sent on Monday, the 19th, that they would have someone go attempt collection within the next couple of days. Their website said 2-3 business days. I was cool with that. Apparently they went to attempt collection on the 21rst, last Wednesday. They replied with an email asking me to check my moneygram reference number, as it was not accepted by moneygram. I had copied and pasted the number directly from my receipt on the moneygram web site. I double checked the email to verify that I had sent the correct number, and I had. So I replied with a screenshot (minus all personal details) of the date, name, amount of money, and reference number from moneygram. I told them that this is the number I was given and if moneygram still had issues with it I would get in contact with them. So far they haven't went and checked again, if they have no one has notified me. The payment still says available, so no one has picked it up.
I realize that they probably don't run to moneygram every day, but I would think if a customer had placed an order 10 days ago it would be prudent to check frequently if there was a problem. On my end the money is there..so it will be 11 days since ordering today and my seeds haven't even shipped yet. Today is a Wednesday, which is what day they checked last week. I'm hopeful. Not writing them off by any means, just annoyed.
