Yeah, there are regulation that I support that relate to the safety of the end product. I understand regulation of growers, transportation and sales ....ect.@Budgie45 I live in California as well. Did you know it is illegal to have seeds that were not produced in a licensed California seed operation - period. You technically need to have a receipt from that licensed operation or your seeds are deemed illegal. Each plant is supposed to be tagged with that seed information in a legal grow.

Not a reason to leave bro. Nobody trying to attack you. They just trying to inform you and help you. I dont know the laws about shipping or selling seeds so I will stay out of it but I think its shame on big brother and governments across the globe. I have gotten seeds from breeders all across the globe though so I dont know. I never got in trouble and they always make it thru customs. Idk

Importing and exporting illegal contraband is rather risky. Usually customs just destroys your package if they find it. But if they wanted to make an example out of you you're going to be in for a bad time. I've had the odd package from Spain stopped at customs. Thats why a lot of seed banks don't even send seeds to the U.S or Canada.
