Going to make some auto flower seeds

Importing and exporting illegal contraband is rather risky. Usually customs just destroys your package if they find it. But if they wanted to make an example out of you you're going to be in for a bad time. I've had the odd package from Spain stopped at customs. Thats why a lot of seed banks don't even send seeds to the U.S or Canada.
I've gotten seeds from all over the globe. Some companies won't try it. But I've had lots let em rip and they hide them always and they always seem to get thru customs. In the us they just ship em in a package and dont even hide em and no problems.

Customs here in the US will send you a seizure letter if they can, which gives you the opportunity to appeal their decision. It’s just their way of getting you to admit you ordered the item. Throw the letter in the trash and accept your loss.

If the post office intercepts something, a lot of the time they will even call you with the line, we have a package you ordered. To which you answer, I didn’t order anything. They will then ask you permission to open said package, because they cannot without a search warrant. Of course your answer should be, what did I just tell you I didn’t order anything and hang up. I’ve had both experiences and while neither is going to get you put in jail, it can make you a little paranoid when it happens.

I've heard of people getting packs of weed and edibles and wax sent from California to Michigan in the mail in the u.s. and never any troubles. Lol vacuum sealer and your good to go. And the right postal service of course. I grow my own but used to hear of people that got away with it often years ago.

There are so many seed banks here in the states nowdays, that I don’t know why people still risk it. I have ordered hundreds of dollars worth of seeds back a few years ago and only ever had one order seized, but that’s one more loss than I wanted.

there's a reason they hide them, lol.. Because it's illegal.. Everyone assumes their own level of risk.. Just because its done, or can be done, does not make it universally legal. I just want to make that clear for any new grower that may be reading this.

Everyone should educate themselves on the laws in their location as best as possible and make your risk choices from there.

Heck, I ordered seeds one time, and my bank recognised them as a seed bank, and locked my account, and made me call them.
I told them my mom was a legal grower in Oklahoma, but they said it was federally illegal, and they were federally insured.
It made me mad, and if i wasn't so stoned all the time, I would've taken my money out, and got a different bank by now, LOL.
I still cant buy seeds over seas with my bank.

Wow this went sideways really quick. So let’s get back on point. These are some reversed crosses I made. Mulled and twisted x daylight express. They are about 10/12 days from popping up.

I had a package show up one day with a name on it I didn't know, opened it up and it had a baggy of edibles. Then another was delivered and a thermos was inside packed full of edibles, tinctures, 1 oz of dispensary weed from Arizona to Michigan. Someone was coming to visit me who was a medical card holder in Arizona and didn't know if their medical card was accepted in 2018. I believe they could have just purchased at a Michigan dispensary at that time but recreational hadn't been legalized yet.

I still haven't ever been in a dispensary yet though I saw that a recreational one opened in Petoskey MI.

Vacuum packing really won't help. I have plenty in vacuum seal and a dog can smell it. I have weed in a closet in sealed canning jars and I can smell it when I walk by the closet which is closed. Without a doubt a dog can smell it also.

Good thing is there are going to be less drug dogs trained as more states legalize weed. I recently read that police dogs can not be untrained for detecting weed and become basically worthless in drug detection in a state for reasonable suspicion/probable cause in state cases for prosecution.

If the location has legalized possession of weed and the police dog hits on a small amount of weed and then the officer uses that hit from the dog as a green flag to search your vehicle, how would that hold up as a legal search? Basically have to procure new dogs trained on drugs not including marijuana. Otherwise, a defense attorney would get the search thrown out every time there was an arrest involving a drug dog trained for weed.

Though federal agencies like Customs or Border Patrol would still have weed sniffing dogs.
Illegal Aliens caught smuggling weed on the Southern border aren't even prosecuted when arrested for amounts under 500 pounds by federal prosecutors. Arrested, fingerprinted, picture taken, DNA taken, deported back to Mexico. US citizens on the other hand are usually forced into plea deals. The illegal get a ban from reentry.

Ah, sorry I was an asshole a few days ago. Autism is a bitch to manage - I don't think you are dumb.
