Forgive the bump. Does anyone do incremental harvesting? There was a second mini-plant hidden under the top one. It was pale green. But once the big buds were out of the way, it darkened and ripened. Harvesting, drying and curing at the same time. Seems ideal for small-scale growers.

I have done incremental harvest. It works great if you do not have a plant to go into flower to replace your current plant. Give it a few more weeks after you harvest some and those bottom buds will fatten and ripen up a little. Also you can reveg if you want. I would do a good pruning down to some decent size fan leaves left. I have also pruned roots on multiple plants. I take a sharp knife and cut a few inches of the outer root zone off but not to much. Then re-pot into fresh soil. I have done this to save a strain or two after flower and grab a clone.

Thanks - I'm still harvesting from this plant! Love picking buds everyday. I'll probably try two plants a year with incremental harvesting instead of three plants. Yield should be similar, with less work spread out over a longer time. This is also better if you make concentrate. The tiny buds might not be especially pretty, but they have plenty of ripe trichomes.

Make that one plant every two years.

Finally enjoying well-cured shatter from this lovely lady. Tastes like kiwi, sweet as in S.A.D. About 12 zips of flower, all of it ripe with incremental harvesting. It's yielding 20% with QWET.
At 75mg/day, it will last two years! :worship:
