Mephisto Genetics Girls gone wild: in my tent! - Mephisto Edition

Another double grape was harvested, same reason i pulled the last one.. I don’t want to run out of it, and even with just a dry and barely a cure it is wonderful stuff, it has to be the stickiest weed I’ve ever had. Anyways she got taken a little early I think but, slightly early weed is better than no weed. She was close anyhow. I hope to eventually catch up with our consumption lol, one day fingers crossed..

The seeds that got started for autopots seem to be doing good. They’ve needed some help standing up but, otherwise look to be a couple weeks away from being ready to be placed in the autopots trays

The sour cracks are doing ok in their new cab, still tiny. The twins are my biggest ones. I really don’t want to mess with them despite the probably excellent advice that they could eventually choke each other. I guess I’m just so curious about it that I would rather see how it plays out. I feel like the challenge of trying to train them to grow apart might be valuable too. I mean it’s a neat thing, I may as well take the opportunity to learn about twins

The two sour livers need nitrogen, they got some last feedings and will on their next, they just started getting hairy and showing some sparkles, not really stinky just yet

There is one double grape left (the topped one). Hoping to get another 7-10 days flushing with her before she’s done, I’ll be checking her daily pretty soon. I did have to take the others a bit early and they were absolutely fantastic so, let’s see what happens when I have the time to let her finish

The sour livers are just moving along crazy fast. They’ve been getting nitrogen from the megacrop so hopefully I’ll see that improving soon. I did take some of the living organic soil concentrate and work some spoonfuls into the top few inches and then gave them a gentle water, I waited about a day and a half and then hit them with the foliar spray, this will have been the last time for that, I’m unsure of using it too far into flower. Hopefully this will keep them happy until it’s time to eat again.. don’t know how long the top dress will take but I’m hoping it’s not too much for them, they look hungry but I’m so iffy on raising the megacrop and bud explosion. I do believe the growers recharge has helped them as well, it’s relly hard to say since they are the first plants I used it with but they’ve been growing so fast ever since they snapped out of that little stall. If it was a stall. The date on my calendar for them says 5/2 so... they’ve been above dirt a little more than a month, they seem right on schedule now after not doing much the first two weeks of their life. So far I’ve seen better results without the sweet candy so I’ve discontinued it some weeks ago. I will be starting them on some molasses as soon as they’re dry enough for a nice drink

The 4 seedlings don’t appear to be big enough for the autopots yet if I’m understanding correctly their leaves must extend to edges of pot? Not quite there yet. One or two of them have some funky stems.. like hard almost brittle toward the bottom of it, feels loose. The 4am in particular has fallen over a couple times and it’s stem has been concerning me. One of the others seems to have it too, to a lesser degree. Not sure what that’s all about... I decided to add some roots organic and gave them an extra couple inches of fresh kinda moist dirt. It’s been a couple days, they all seem slightly bigger. Except the 4am. Hope this isn’t an issue

And over in the sour crack cabinet, the twins are ... my biggest girls! The others are catching up but this one gal, I just don’t know what’s going on with her, she’s been the tiniest has remained the tiniest and while they keep getting larger she has maybe gained a few millimeters in the last few days. Pot moisture is same as others, everything really, should be the same for the most part. Baffled, I swapped her position with another plant. Guess I’ll keep an eye on her

Once I harvest the rest of the last double grape and get the autopots into the tent, I’ll post a final update and then I’m (probably) going to start a new thread.. my setup has changed quite a bit since I started it and I may experiment with a bit different of a format , or I might not keep a journal I don’t know I’m on the fence.. don’t know how many follow along anyways. But thanks for anyone who has actually been following along! It’s been encouraging and I appreciate it :thanks:

I leave you with a picture of some of the frosty delicious double grape that was harvested

Yeah baby, keep up the logs. We all love looking at others' projects and it's all about learning and improving as we go.

Shit, I lurked this board and /microgrowery and /mephheads for months just to end up with a QB, Meph genetics and mammothP as the only things I really added after no grows for 11 years... I'm trying to keep it simple as possible as well as still produce some good amounts... Can't stomach the prices out here for the amount I consume. Gotta a bunch of responsibilities to cover, so no way some other growers getting my moola anymore!

Keep it up and enjoy those babes. They look pretty good!

My Sour Livers was fairly light green and hungry throughout btw.

@Wallflower...
What's the latest with the tent/cabinet?
Hope you are finding success with those Sour Crack babies...
