Thank you I guess I hadn't paid that close attention to his grows from then and now. It's been fun and interesting but definitely not less work in the defoliation dept than what I usually do. Honestly can't keep up with it and have gotten lazy the last week but I'm going to hit her hard this weekend

I try to hit mine hard early but it is a ton of work to keep up. The response the plant has to the training and defoliation is incredible.
makes me think about how much work @420autoflower puts into his grows.

Yeah for sure I'm loving it and hating all at the same time I took a bunch off her tonight but it doesn't look like I did a thing my back was killing me so I'll do more tomorrow
