New Grower G14 and AKR

Day 50 and 25. Wish I had some Good news for everyone and myself but now one of my day 25s is showing like burnt tips at the top of the plant. The most top leaves on the cola. Aint fed it any veg nutes but 1/4 strengths one time this entire grow and cal mag 1/4 strength couple days ago csnt remember off hand I know i got it logged ... this soil is pure shit. I'll check runoff tomorrow when I water these 2. As far as my older ladies well ran again 7.5 ph watering. Next time will be 8.0. but my runoff for the Afghan is even lower... 4.9 now. The g14 has showed no change in 2 days. It's still 5.7 runoff. Buds look frosty and tasty but for the size of these plants im really lacking potential and the finale will suffer. Here s some photos.
I had similiar problems with soil and thats why i switched to coco. With soil by the time you see an issue its almost always to late to fix. And it always seemed like the more i tried to fix it the worse it got. My ph was always to high with soil but my water is around 8.0 so that didnt help. Alot of people say soils easier but autos i think its harder. The best results i had with soil was with using happy frog and ocean forest 50/50 with alot of perilite and had to ph my water and keep my ppm below 100 to avoid buildups. Are you interested in switchin to coco?

@Tyler_Durden88 I'm using 50/50 happy frog and ocean forest now and imo it's garbage. Problem after problem. Ph too low for me and idk its just very low quality. I'm interested in coco for sure. Just sucks cuz I bought all these nutes for soil and would have to buy more. Someone else has mentioned another soilless mix I'm gonna look up soon..

If they can make it 2 more weeks ill be happy and on to some better soil and have enough ganja til the next ones come along. As long as they don't die.

I got it in the infirmary. I really need baking soda apparently its good for helping the ph go up in situations like this according to the infirmary yoda.
None in the fridge?

Ive had problems like that in soil and the plants never fully recovered. And it always happenes mid to late flower. But thats the way i learned. By going through thinhs like this. If you like the feel of soil growing check out dry ammendments in coco coir. I know alot of guys that swear by it. And you can adjust your nutrients to accommodate diffrent strains and give a lighter mix bc the biggest issue with most soils is to much nitrogen during flower. Autoflowers short veg period dosent eat up enough of the nitrogen and therefore lead to nitrogen tox and other problems like nutrient lockout. I have a thread on here thats a coco vs. Soil double grape grow and you can see how much healthier and lighter green the coco plant is. Just a thought but its your grow everyone likes different things.

@Boognelson87 , I agree with the infirmary for sick plant's, @Waira , that's a bad feeling to have! You would be amazed at how those plant's can make it to harvest and be ok smoke when they look so bad. It doe's help to strip those bad almost dead leave's out of there. I had a lot of trouble with leave's that looked a lot like your's You might feel a lot better with the plant guru's help in the infirmary, good luck-:jointman:

Yea im with @rick-j any leafs that are more than 60% dead id cut off its not ideal to cut on a unhealthy plant but i think they will do more harm than good to leave them on. The only thing id be carfull of is stressing the plant any further with more " fixes" to try to revive it bc this could damage the plant even further. We can all sit back and give you our opinions and diagnosis but your the one that knows the plant best and its history up until now. I took some bad advice recently that has caused me a cascade of issues from somone very decorated on here that assured me 100% they where right. Its not anybody on this thread or that you know. Im just saying take advice from people but also trust your gut and insticts as well. Hope this helps and hope your plants give ya some nice buds. Smoke one for me.
